It was clean and calm

There was a lot of disturbance from the outside traffic and the voice was clearly audible. So couldn't sleep calm at night.

Owner asked/has taken more cash than the booking price, owner didn't accept payment by card, room was in ground floor and it was too cold, floor was too cold, floor was having lot of marks, cold stinky smell in room/corridor and ground floor, heater was not working, tv keyboard touchpad was not working, one night lamp and one power socket was not working, crockery/plate was not provided to eat food, bathroom and wash wasin was too small, room was too noisy due to outside crowd, no waiting area, no reception.

the owners answer fast and it’s located in a nice neighborhood and prague small so you can get everywhere from there by walking

one of the sheets was dirty, however the provider offered to change it when I contacted him

The room was big enogh and clean. There was a fridge, and a water boiler. On the tv we could watch netflix. It is close to the train station, and not so far away from the sights. There are lots of stores and restaurants in the near.

The room was big /spacious . coffee etc , cups , cutlery , 4 towels , shower gel /shampoo / toilet rolls . Only 20 min walk to the hustle bustle towns .

I found the bed hard and pillow like a bag of cotton balls , but can’t moan for the price for the little special things we got in our room . Worth the money

The room was pretty big for the price we paid. Peter made sure we had a comfortable stay!

it only had a window at the roof, so sometimes it was a bit humid.

Clean room and great location for where we wanted to be. Coffee shops and cafes nearby. Close to tram and train station.

Great location and the apartment has everything you need. A fridge, coffee and tea facilities. There's also extra towels and toilet paper provided and you're able to watch Netflix as well. The apartment is very clean and the shower was nice and warm. Peter was very friendly and explained to us how to get to the city center from there and recommended some restaurants. For breakfast, definitely go to VinCafe around the corner of the apartment: it is delicious! Located near the city center but away from the loud noises of the city. Felt like a safe neighborhood.

One of the matresses was completely sagged, which was uncomfortable. Could be a real problem for older people or just people with back problems. Otherwise our stay was great and we will try to book again if we ever go back to Prague!

-there is no enough towel for face (just one bath towel ) -we were a couple, the bed was big but it was seperately ( two single adjacent bed. a single duvet for each person) - there is no luggage room , but here is a studio flat andthere is no reception desk, so its normal . we put our luggage to a locker in the main station) BUT ALL THE THINGS ARE OKAY FOR US BECAUSE ROOM, CLEANING, MATERIALS, LOCATION (ALSO LIDL MARKET 2 MIN BY WALK) WAS PERFECT.

The place was very well maintained, very clean and with all the things in great working condition. It had as well a small table with 2 chairs, which were ideal for home office and having a small bite. The location is excellent, a few minutes away from the city center with the tram, and the area is off the beaten touristy places, so it's a lot quieter. Our host was really nice and charming, and showed us around everything we needed to know about the place, and as well gave us great tips about the area and other places in Prague.

The room is close to the centre and Peter was really nice, friendly and helpful!

I recommend this accomodation, it's a great value for money, it was perfect for us. Peter and Vasyl is very kind, the city centre is near to it by tram (but if someone wanna walk, it's also a possible way). And very close to it, we found many local restaurant and pub, not for tourists.

Fantastic place, near the downtown and with good public transportation. Everything in the room was perfect and the host was very friendly and informative................ We can really recommend..................... And really a fair price..................
