Beautiful hotel. Very nice lush garden. Beach and pool area very clean. Breakfast was great. Good location.

Lovely decor, felt really indulgent and the villa room with the private garden was excellent. Good mix of facilities — fairly decent gym, a good spa and pool & beach area. The breakfast had an excellent selection of food, the pool side restaurant was also great. Staff super friendly. Good choice of restaurants just across the street, and inly a 5-10 min. ride into town.

The beach is narrow, to be honest there is not much of it once you take into account the sun lounger area. The pool and beach lounge area were generally quite small but we could usually find the last two spots to hang out.

Staff!! Manager was so helpfull. Everything is perfect. This is a REAL 5 star hotel. So many details of perfection!!

Gran atención al cliente. Playa muy rica. Todas las instalaciones del hotel excelentes.

La comida. Poca variedad. En ocasiones pedíamos cambiar algo de algún plato (pedir sin un ingrediente) y nos decían que no. También nos pasó que queríamos un plato y los garzones no nos dejaban pedirlo porque a ellos no les gustaba. Hace falta un restaurante con comida mas variada. Solo hay comidas temáticas (indio, vietnamita, e italiano). Es importante que haya uno con comida multinacional y más occidental.

Beautiful experience from the start, I was sad because we couldn’t stay a few days longer (there were no rooms available). Breakfast is 10+, the pool and the beach are very nice although they’re not that big. My child got a toy (small puppy) that he adores. I’ve lost my baseball cap on the beach but the staff had found it and sent it to the hotel where we were after the stay at Salinda 👏

Piękny, butikowy hotel o ciekawej architekturze i gustownej aranżacji wnętrz. Przestronne pokoje z ogromnymi, niesamowicie wygodnymi łóżkami, serwis hotelowy sprzątał pokoje dwa razy dziennie: rano i popołudniu, uzupełniając wodę pitną oraz pozostawiając herbatę z karczochów na dobry sen. Nienaganny i bezszelestny serwis hotelowy, piękna i czysta plaża, łądny basen, smaczne jedzenie w restauracjach. Wspaniałe i bardzo zróżnocowane śniadanie, duży wybór dań, owoców, napojów. w tym śweiżo wyciskanych soków i shaków mlecznych. Na życzenie serwowano bardzo dobrą kawę, herbatę oraz wino musujące. Piękna restauracja wychodząca na ogód z widokiem na morze, w której codziennie z wielką przyjemnoscią rozkoszowaliśmy się śniadaniem przy akompaniamencie fortopianu.

Pokoje od strony ulicy sa hałaśliwe przy otwartych drzwiach balkonowym, jednak odpowiednia izolacja zapewnia praktycznie całkowitą ciszę przy zamknietych drzwiach.

Wunderschöner, sauberer Strand; tolle, gepflegte Anlage, gutes Frühstück, überwiegend freundliches Personal, ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre.

Der Empfang war eher unfreundlich: wir wurden beim Ankommen nicht begrüßt und uns wurde anfangs nicht das Gepäck abgenommen. Wir sollten sofort im Voraus bezahlen. Das Deluxe-Zimmer mit Gartenblick ging zur Straße, das „King-Size-Bett“ waren zwei zusammengeschobene Einzelbetten. Auf unsere Anfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass keine anderen Zimmer verfügbar sind. Auch ein bezahltes Upgrade auf eine Suite war nicht möglich… Erst nachdem wir nach dem Manager verlangt haben, wurde uns am nächsten Tag ein anderes Zimmer gegeben. Dieses hatte allerdings eine sehr hellhörige Durchgangstür. Die Preise in den Restaurants im Hotel liegen deutlich über dem landestypischen Durchschnitt und liegen auf dem Niveau in Deutschland.

Everything was wonderful and thumbs-up specially for the delicious breakfast that was backgrounded with a suave and adorable piano live music. I highlight also the amazing pool and cozy spa (this was a bit more expensive than I expected but even like that an amazing experience).

We loved our stay here right from the airport pick up to the return shuttle back to the airport. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast is plentiful in its variety and dishes are refilled. Unlimited sparkling wine at breakfast that was liberally topped up frequently. Specious pool that’s the right height for swimming or just standing in with a cocktail which the pool bar has many good ones. This is an excellent spot for sunset. We stayed in two different rooms during our stay, both were impeccably decorated and what you’d expect staying in more well known 5 star hotels.

“Happy hour” spa prices were still extortionately priced. There is a fun, high quality hidden bar across the street but not much else in the neighborhood.

everything !! such a great hotel. we have been in Vietnam for three weeks, been in seven hotels and this is by far the best one we have been in. The service was incredible. Especially everyone around the pool. The Villa we had was beautiful and all the restaurants were great. Lovely pool facing the beach.

nothing really. the private beach had some litter but not really anything they can do about that, it was still the cleanest we had seen. If someone could check / clean the area every couple of hours it would make it a slightly nicer place to relax.

I could not fault this resort, everything was excellent especially the staff. The facilities were wonderful and every little detail made our stay the best. I would grade it higher if that was possible. The restaurants were all first class, the room was beautiful and the bed comfy. I love all of the artworks, the water fountain in the gym so you didn't have to take a bottle with you - absolutely everything has been considered to make your stay the best.

Brighter light in bedroom lamp for reading would be nice. Pool table is damp and needs levelling.

Everything. From the moment you enter the gates it's like stepping into a tropical oasis. From the lobby, to the pool, to the gym, the layout and decor is perfection. But what truly makes this resort special is the attentive service. Also worth noting the breakfast is the best I've ever had at a hotel.

The salt water pool is excellent. Pool bar and pool look right onto the ocean through a lovely line of palm treees. The breakfast is a wonderous delight of ever changing tastes and the endless supply of breakfast wine makes the necessity of drinking the rest of the day almost not required. The restaurants provided excellent food although a little expensive. Staff were amazing and couldn’t help enough. Always a smile.

The view from the room was a little disappointing. Go for the ocean view, not the garden view which really just looks down onto the driveway and through greenery onto the nearby road/shops

Everything! The staff were great, very attentive and knowledgable. The hotel grounds were beautifully manicured. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a large range of options.

Amazing staff, amazing hospitality, amazing view, amazing rooms- everything is just superb

Great resort, amazing service. The resort has a couple of restaurants, and the food was always pretty solid. The pool was great, and the beachfront area beyond the pool was amazing too. The champagne breakfast was pretty fricking awesome too, and they even made us special dairy free and gluten-free pancakes.

I love the breakfast, waking up everyday looking forward for the breakfast. The beachfront is so private, it's like you're having the whole beach to yourself. Unfortunately I was there during their raining season so didn't get to be by the beach all the time. No worries, i'll be back again during their best season October - January. Annually!

We loved the dreamy landscape, comfortable and spacious bedroom, very nice vanishing edge pool, and super nice staff. The breakfast buffet was fantastic!

Would like more traditional VN food in the resort restaurants.

The buffet breakfast was the best we've ever had (one of us is vegan), and the sparkling wine was a fabulous surprise. The staff were super amazing, the perfect balance of friendly, attentive and relaxed.

Room Size good and grounds were lovely, breakfast was included and was nice to have each morning.

Rooms weren’t soundproof and could here guests upstairs scrapping chairs and walking around, easily fixed I’m sure, also lounge in our room was stained which was disappointing.

Evening entertainment was repetitive. Few people stayed at the hotel in the evening, as food was good, but expensive in comparison to local restaurants. Spa could have been better
