the location is perfect also the beds are very comfortable

the flat is in the middle of a busy street so it gets noisy at night

This apartment is in a fantastic part of the main town with a view of the markets from both bedrooms. It is very spacious and well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a stay. Absolutely beautiful property and very nicely decorated. The host was fantastic and helped us order a taxi as well as made us feel very welcomed. We can not say enough good things about this property. It is awesome!

I think the apartment is in the most amazing location being in walking distance to all major attractions and shops. It is comfortable and very clean with great views

It can sometime get noisy because it is so centrally located. But you have to accept this if you want to be so close to everything and there is double glazing on the windows that blocks out most of the street sounds.

Wonderful host and location. Lovely ambience. Beautifully decorated. Very well equipped, high quality accommodation in the heart of Florence. Could not have asked for more!

we loved to open the windows to the market and hear music, people laughing and especially sitting on the balcony. the beds were very comfortable, shower pressure excellent and Lorenzo bent over backwards to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. the location could not be beat. there is a wonderful cafe about 30 steps from the door. best coffee and pastries.

Lorenzo was truly a fabulous host. There are about 20 stairs up to the lift to get to the apartment we used, and he was so kind to take all our bags up for us. The lift is small, as would be expected, but it worked well, and we could take turns or use the stairs. The home is so well decorated and supplied. We enjoyed making Italian caffe with the moka for which he had super clear instructions. He also had American style coffee available as well as an electric kettle and a selection of teas. He also has a map to show you where the apartment is in relation to both monuments and his recommended restaurants. One of the most famous markets is right outside your bedroom windows which is buzzing all day and is often overtaken by artists, musicians, or revelers in the evenings. Some noise may come through closed windows, but truly, the location cannot be beat. So close to Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi, and just a few minutes walk from so many other places. He has an induction stove which is super easy to use and a small fridge that was perfect for our leftovers. The bathrooms are a great size, super clean, and well stocked. Lorenzo is so quick to reply via booking or messaging, and he also has a partner who can help. The terrace is such a treat and we made great use. We felt very safe and secure in the space and walking along that area. Each bedroom has an ac unit and he was very clear about regulations to follow per Florence guidelines.

That we weren't able to stay even longer than four nights!

This was a beautiful apartment in a perfect location. Easy taxi ride from train station, easy walking to just about everywhere! Perfect for our adult family group of three during a three-night stay. Our host Lorenzo was always kind and generous with his time, and helped us with reservations for restaurants and transportation. The apartment was a joy, super comfortable, clean, and quiet even though it was right across from the Mercato Nuovo. Lorenzo provided everything we needed! Without question, we would stay here again!

Nothing merits the slightest complaint.
