Breakfast was decent. View from balcony facing pool is lovely and calm. Pool and room was nice and clean as well as the room facilities. Excellent locations and very close walk to beach. Not loud yet local to centre.

A bottle of complimentary water is expected of a 4 star hotel. Would be nice to have in the room.

The location is great for those who is going to Ksamil's main beaches. Everything was clean and the shower was amazing.

The property was in a great location in the centre of Ksamil! The room was comfortable and had plenty of space and a big balcony! The pool area is very nice also.

Greeted on arrival once we'd parked the car with the complimentary parking. Our room was on the 3rd floor and was large clean and comfortable. The pool layout was lovely and although we didn't use it it was open from 0700-2000 everyday. There was drinks available to purchase and enjoy either round the pool or on the terraced area. Very reasonable 150 lek for a bottle of korca (local beer). Breakfast was included and this was either eggs (however you want them) with sausage, cheese, tomato and cucumber or pancake with banana and chocolate with fresh sliced apple and orange. Accompanied with coffee and fruit juice sliced bread with butter and jam. You were asked at breakfast if you want you rooms made up for he day. Overall it was a really good stay and nothing was too much trouble.

Hotel has very new facilities - room and bathroom were clean, comfortable and spacious. Location is very good, just some minutes walk from the main beach in Ksamil and the majority of the restaurants/bars. Hotel has a few places to park the car. Breakfast was super good. Wi-fi works very well

- clean - comfortable bed - pool looked nice, however we did not use it - supermarket around the corner - nice restaurants nearby

- beaches all paid and overfilled, unlike you would expect on the pictures - city in general is not so pleasant - slow wifi - very small shower with no curtain - room lights unpleasant white, clock did not work, kitchen had no possibilities to actually cook something - padlock to access the room - polite staff, however you always have the feeling you are bothering them - the breakfast was a buffet, however the coffee was terrible - make sure to order a fresh one at the counter. There was variety, however none of it was particular good. On the other hand it was good enough to start the day happily
