Zur Lage: Man sollte sich bewusst darüber sein, dass es eher abseits ist und fußläufig nichts in der Nähe ist. Ebenso dass nebenan ist ein Coffee-Shop ist und einige Besucher rauchen.

The owners are fantastic and super friendly. Nice swimming pool. Good restaurant with great food and drinks. Quiet area that feels like real Thailand. Close to the beach and Raja Ferry. See you next time.!

Close to the Raja Ferry terminal, value for money, excellent Italian vegetarian restaurant. Very obliging owners and staff and even though I had some problems, I would give them another try, especially the restaurant, I recommend the oven-baked sea bass with roasted potatoes and their excellent wine

The first room was dire, no tv and ???? moved to a much better room, very nice owners, no extra charge, but the android tv box in that room didn't work either😭 (very poor internet connection) Very dirty, rusty water from plumbing but to be fair, due to Co19 maybe the room had not been used for some time

This place is absolutely amazing! The perfect get away from the hustle and bustle of Chaweng and Lamai areas. A small place with a pool and hammocks hanging around, the staff were absolutely incredible, extremely friendly and always smiling and there to provide any help you may need. I stayed in the deluxe room and as I selected previously, it exceeded my expectations - it was absolutely beautiful and I had a huge patio outside, which was lovely to chill on. The beds are really comfortable, there is plenty of light in the rooms and I always had great sleep there (which is not a given around Thailand). The thing that really makes this place as wonderful as it is are the owners, Roberto and Julia, who are truly some of the kindest, pure hearted, helpful, and caring people I have ever come across. They have a special approach with all the guests to the point where you feel like you’ve become part of a family - I know I will stay in contact with Robert & Julia and Villa Giacomelli will be the first place I go the next time I’m in Samui. Even if you don’t stay here, I really recommend visiting to 1) meet these lovely people and 2) try their delicious Italian food, which is mostly vegetarian with the exception of seafood! I booked a 2 week stay and I was there for over a month - and would’ve stayed longer if I wasn’t flying back home! Thank you so much for such a lovely stay and being so supportive & making me feel completely at home!

It wasn’t an issue for me, but this is a place to get away and relax - be aware that you are on the opposite side of the island to Chaweng and Lamai although close to Lipa Noi and Nathon which both also have things going on. Everything you need is right on your doorstep though!

A bit too far from everything (Chaweng, Lamai, Bo Phut areas ... ) so we drove a lot around, you'll need a scooter to move around (or taxi), they didn't have scooter when we were there but you can find a rental place when you walk to the beach in front of Aforetime Beach house, bikes are in excellent condition, very new and full tank. Towels were quite thin and had a bit of a weird smell but it was very good that they got changed every day Shower wasn't in good shape but still working, even if sometimes the water became cold suddenly... Surprised to be asked for a deposit (passeport), 1st time in 4 years travelling around... But you can deposit 1000 baths instead.
