Couldn’t connect to the WiFi from room 11
Both sausages beef and pork was overdone at breakfast.
Opening for breakfast only at 9 could be a challenge for people that needs to catch a flight

The animals running around the grounds in front of the rooms were spectacular.
Lunch, dinner and breakfast were all great. Absolutely recommend the food here.
We were told breakfast would be between 8am and 9am, but when we went to the restaurant area at 8:20, there was nobody around for about 20 minutes. When they did show up, they did not look very happy about serving breakfast.

We did not have breakfast as they were preparing for a Christmas buffet, but dinner was very good and the service was great. Very friendly owners and staff. Seeing the animals close up was wonderful.
Not having warm water for the morning shower. My sister had a cold shower which took a little of the magic away. But overall it was a good experience.

Everything: The staff was nice and efficient. The room was cleaned and provided all what we needed. The food at the restaurant was excellent and the services were quick. We felt all the time very welcome and all our needs were attended to.

Most of the staff was great, understanding and very friendly. Breakfast was very good, the problem was that they served the same standard breakfast every morning, but they did well in trying to accomodate our request for something different. The kids play area was also great, the grounds are well maintained and make for a great walk even with the kids. The place felt like we were far away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still offered city life nearby.
We didn't have a fridge in our room, which is important to keep snacks for family with small kids. The pool needed some cleaning, my husband was disappointed he couldn't swim which is something he was really looking forward to. The fish ponds also needed some cleaning out
