Friendly and clean and location wise near to my event

Good location with low traffic and nice views. On-site parking was available for a fee, which is very convenient for customers. The breakfast was really nice, and the kids enjoyed it a lot too.

The room was very smelly, and the toilet extractor fan didn’t work. Spending the entire night in that smelly room was extremely uncomfortable, so I complained to a staff member. However, their response was simply that they would pass the complaint on to their team. This was not satisfactory for a paying customer. For your information, the room number was 266, and it was disgusting. This experience was very disappointing, especially since I was with my family and kids.

Buena elección. Lejos del centro pero bien comunicado. El desayuno bueno aunque le agregaría el clásico jamón y queso. El café de máquina muy amargo. Las habitaciones cómodas y limpias aunque el duvet era corto y faltaba un frigobar para conservación de algún alimento o agua. Me retuvieron £50 de depósito. En una semana espero que me los devuelvan como dijeron. El resto muy bien. Destaco la amabilidad de los empleados Abisaí y Mariana. Lo recomiendo!!! 😉

Sehr sauber, schönes Zimmer Mit DLR recht schnell in der City (ca 20 min bis Tower)

Für 4 Personen war das Zimmer recht klein - aber dafür war der Preis wirklich ok

Good location near the trainstation. Friendly staff. Nice clean rooms.

Breakfast not very much choice. Not even a slice of cheese ? Noisy at night, we had kids knocking on all the doors of our floor around midnight.

Great location with parking, clean modern, well fitted out, near to DLR station. Easy walk to City Airport or Thames Uba fast boat service into central London. Will stay again. Breakfast good although busy both mornings, but always being restocked.

Not much to not like other the beds somewhat to firm for me.

Ήταν γενικά καθαρά. Ευγενικοί οι υπάλληλοι.

Πολύ μικρό το δωμάτιο για μια οικογένεια τεσσάρων ατόμων. Παρόλα αυτά ήταν καινούρια τα έπιπλα και το ντους. Το πρωινό δεν είχε ποικιλία φαγητών αλλά τα ψωμιά και κρουασάν ήταν Φρέσκα.
