very nice place. had everything in kitchen for cooking. very clean.

property was great , plenty of room and everything was clean tidy and as advertised.
The heating was the only issue
once we got the heat pumps working they really didn't heat the house at all. the central heating system in the house was not working so the 2 small heat pumps in living areas wasn't anyway near enough for cold Taupo nights.

This house was amazing, lots of room, was great for two families, let us all enjoy everyone's company but have space at the same time, especially with having the kitchenette down steers.
Also loved the fact town was only a couple of minutes walk Will book this again next year if available.

It is such a big house for groups or families.
We are allowed to have early check-in at 2pm which is perfect with our schedules. Easy communication with owner which is appreciated.
We found stains on dishwashers and toilets, spiderwebs on windows. The floor in the kitchen is a bit sticky. If more cooking amenities could be provided, it will be great.

We had the perfect stay here for our girls weekend, plenty of comfy beds for every one and in such a good spot for walking to dinner and drinks etc. Thanks for having us :)

We had a wonderful time in Taupo, this house is in a perfect for location. It is in a nice quiet area, prefect for a family environment.
Unfortunately the cleaner must have been rushed before our booking, therefore we had to do some cleaning ourselves. We had to clean our own linen on the beds which was not expected. The manager was very apologetic and lovely regarding the cleaner being rushed therefore I am sure this wont be an issue going forward.

Group of 7 needed one night enroute home after doing timber trail. Great house, very clean and tidy, lots of room and short walk into town. All facilities as advertised, would highly recommend.

There were 8 reasonably serious golfers playing 3 games in Taupo - the golf was poor but the Courses excellent!
The accommodation was just perfect - very good interior with ample room for 8 men!
We used the Kitchen facilities one night for a lovely meal while we linked into the TV and watch Rugby. (No Sky - but not a problem with mobile data.
Everything there that we needed.
Would recommend and will come again!!

Very impressed, the house is set up in a way that suited our group of 4 adults and 4 teens perfectly (two families sharing). Walking distance to town worked well for us so the teens could have a bit of independence. Will definitely book this home again. Thank you!

Lovely big house with plenty of space
Family weekend away. It was a nice big house for 11 of us. The kids loved the bunk beds, and that they had their own space in the downstairs lounge.

Fantastic Stay
We had such an awesome time staying here, the house is within walking distance to the town centre. And also the lake so handy, house has all that you need for two families. Clayton was great to deal with communication wise, plenty of parking for two boats also. Would happily stay again.

Great location and very clean property only suggestions is that the kitcenette have cutlery and crockery sharing house with a wheelchair bound gentleman so he couldn’t go upstairs.
