Managed to get a good price for 4 days stay at executive suite. Spacious room. Aircon works well.

Cleanliness of the bedsheets, pillow cases is bad, can see spots, and unclean. Frequency of housekeeping is not good as I've put the marker but no housekeeping came. The room lighting equipment is not plugged in and not being placed at the right location with some of it is broken and with bend plug, bathroom lighting is so bad its dim and not inviting. Bedside rack is broken, can see clearly wood patch paste repairing is there, finishing is not good and theres no rack/bedside table for replacement. Its not like the picture at all with good lighting and finishing of a good hotel rooms. As if I was given a room that has not been used for a long time. I need to wait for almost half an hour to check in eventhough I came an hour after the check in time. Breakfast choice at the hotel is terrible, definitely not worth RM20 that I paid, only served nasi lemak, fried kway teow, nuggets, breads and pathetic cereal. Beverage is the usual tea and coffee but come on, it is not as per illustrated in the picture. The location was nowhere near any restaurant and shops. A bit hard to buy anything as it is situated in industrial area.

room was dusty and not clean. but housekeeping quickly resolved the issue, just some misscommunication. short but enjoyable stay
