Location is good. Lot of shops for food, groceries and pleasure.

The bed, cleanliness, facilities like hot water.
Bed was too soft on the edge. I nearly fell off the bed 4 times. Ghostly encounters; my wife's handbag fall of twice in the middle of the night in the same spot.

1 nite stay charge was RM150 , the management was well aware of the water pressure is low and piping system were having issues. The facilities need to be upgraded.The exterior deco looked nice but people need value for money service. Hope they will rectify it.

Property is clean and the staff here are one of the best! And I have travelled a lot to different countries and this has to be one of the best in terms of the ppl who is working at the hotel .

The room is very cozy and relax. The interior is just nice. For a couple who want to save the budget here is a right place to stay! I really love the bed! Cause it so soft like sleeping in the cloud hahaha

Good location near many eateries and lrt. Price paid for the night was decent.
Saw a cockroach in my room during the stay, hence the cleanliness is questionable.

no lift, room not spacious for solat (not muslim friendly) for twin room and bathroom need more cleaning

Towel is not even clean enough as floor mats! Please replace all bath towels. Disgusting!
I was on time for breakfast but was told kitchen closed. Only after I insisted, the staff prepared the worst "half boiled" eggs for me because the 2 eggs were literally boiled eggs.
