This was AMAZING. Wow wow wow. My whole family was blown away with this steal, the price was affordable and the most gorgeous location. I will 100% be staying here again, and i can’t even find one thing to be negative about! The elevator not being part of the apartment doesn’t even bother me, because everything else was just so amazing. The views, the kitchen. Everything included in the kitchen! including oils and the basics. Even has SKY tv so could watch the women football world cup. Staying here honestly felt like sleeping on dreams, as if i was a hollywood star for 3 days. The key pads add a touch of fancy and the huge windows are amazing. So so so amazing thankyou so much.

A beautiful, quiet and lovely area to be in. The views of the lake are amazing, and the rooms and balcony’s were clean and comfortable! Appreciated the heated floors ☺️ Loved our stay.

Location was great although in winter sunshine was limited. Very quiet but only 5 minutes to Taupo CBD. Has dairies, liquor store, restaurant and liquor store in close proximately meaning no necessity to go into Taupo.

Although the situation and accommodation was great I think the place needs a bit of TLC. On the outside decks there was moss and also the wall is cracked and accordingly the inside wall is beginning to deteriorate which is unfortunate for the owners. The plugs in the bathrooms were difficult to use and the bathroom plug in the ensuite jammed down and was impossible to lift up. Obviously by the amount of scratches on the plug numerous previous visitors had the same issue. I mentioned to the accommodation listers that this was an issue to make the cleaning staff aware of so interesting to see if this has been resolved. Oven trays were not clean and we had to clean them prior to use.

Fantastic view, great facilities and very very comfortable base for our group.

Really disappointing that the loft and gas fire were not working. Would have made it more comfortable / easy to access.

Quite location and Great views over the lake

Access to the property was tricky as the keys in the locked box only had half of the set that was needed to get in. instructions were not great however we were eventually helped by an after hours person. For a property that states it’s more high end it was lacking overall

A stunning apartment. Very spacious and wide open with maximized views of the lake and two terraces. Everything we needed was there. I'd live in that apartment.

Elevator was out of order, made it a bit harder with bags.

We had trouble with the shower in the main bathroom on the first morning. The fixture which holds up the shower head broke off when the water was turned on. However, a call to the agent and it was taped together by a handyman during the day so we were able to use it the next morning.

well - what didn’t we like! The penthouse was amazing, the view - to die for- everything was perfect. just a shame we couldn’t have stayed longer.

Wonderful stay at the beautiful penthouse overlooking Lake Taupo. Really fantastic apartment either a "wow" factor

Upkeep: tatty, worn out carpet and kitchen floor. Old and worn furniture and appliances. Design: stylish but not practical. Alarm/Entry system: unnecessarily complicated and just plain irritating. Rules: too many and with the purpose of establishing that the person in the apartment below you is more important than you are.

Apartment, was on 2nd floor and there were about 4 flight of stairs. Carpet looked very tired, as was the kitchen floor however owner had said previous tenant had been responsible for some of it.

access to the lake for swimming and living spaces were large and easy for the whole family to have their space when needed.

elevator wasn’t repaired and it was hard to carry our 4 large suitcases up the stairs. the staff did let us know before hand though and gave us an option to change sites.

I could not use the second key. Somehow would not open the unit or garage door. Could not find black garbage bags in unit but did end up finding in garage. All minor things.

Great location and beautiful place. However the elevator was not working. There was no notification regarding this so we were lucky that we were able to walk 3 flights of stairs. Communication would have been appreciated regarding this issue. Other than this issue, it was great and would highly recommend.

Spacious with fantastic views

Great accommodation in a great location. It had everything we needed with a fabulous outlook. Beds were comfy. Hosts were great with communication.

The ice/water fridge dispenser didn’t work. Also the lift didn’t work at the time we were staying but I understand that there had been technical issues and a technician wasn’t available and this was outside of the hosts control.
