Bedrooms' are great. Bathroom downstairs and bedrooms up stairs is a bit of a challenge

Very comfortable rooms, the personal thermal spas were great too. Really enjoyed our stay.

It might be a little dated but very very clean and the service was perfect. There is a private thermal spa in each room that we enjoyed so much. Handy location to the lake walk.

This place is just gorgeous. The resort staff are so lovely, and helpful, and have loads of little touches that make it clear that they care that guests have a pleasant time.

Lovely resort with friendly staff and great location. The spa pool was really nice. Could not believe there is a dish washer in the kitchen. Love the smell of the diffuser in the room - Pink freesia and Rose. Worth the price. We will definitely come back again.

the bedrooms were very hot and the stairs very creaky.

Room and beds looked great and comfortable. Kitchen was really well equipped, we enjoyed the small coffee/tea/hot chocolate box. Spacious fridge and freezer with small milk inside. Iron board and iron available. Great water pressure in the shower. Laundry facilities free to use.

The spa pool was quite stained and the paint came off. Despite having closed all windows long before the sun went down and keeping them shut over night, we had some bed bugs.

Great location, well appointed room and great kitchen. The mineral spa attached to the room was wonderful. The staff couldn't be more helpful. A great place for children.

No garden view in our room a bit disappointing.

The Toilet Room got some paint peeling off and same with the Kitchen top. Can do with a Refresh

Thermal pool

The rooms were spotlessly clean and adequate, with good kitchenette facilities, but what made it really special was the private mineral pool to soak in.
