The location and the property itself were lovely.

It was too hot and there was no way to cool it down besides opening windows. There were no instructions for the property either (eg. washer/dryer).

The location was very good. The bedroom and storage were good and the kitchen well equipped. The main bed was comfy and we were able to relax after a day out in the snow.

It wasn’t two bedrooms as the pull out bed meant the door couldn’t shut so the bedroom came into the lounge. I kept getting pestered as if I was a no show even though we were in the apartment and gave them evidence of check in confirmation - an issue when no-one to speak to face to face. Also maintenance man turning up early morning wasn’t appreciated when we were still in bed!! Shame as the actual facility was just what we wanted and in the main worked out.

we were on ground floor and the second bed for our second room was not ready. Not a problem as it was in the closet but just a bit more work than one is expecting when they arrive.

The area was good.

We've paid in full for three days for our family of three people. Our original flight was completely rerouted, and we notified the staff that we would check-in much later. We've been told that we could check-in any time after 3pm of our first day. Then our rerouted flight was canceled, and we needed to fly next day. When we came to the apartment entrance next day after 6pm and tried to check in, the machine didn't recognize full name or reservation number. We called customer service and pressed some options and heard message that office is closed. It was the reason we didn't choose option for the office. We were so shocked and we didn't know what to do. With the help of one guy who came down from another apartment, office lady came to the check-in area and said that check-in machine had some issue. Only later we saw the message from the host that actually they canceled our reservation even everything was paid in advance for three nights and in full! Washing machine was included into the price, but there wasn't even single detergent portion. We couldn't wash some clothes after two days of 4(!) flights. Fuse (actually breaker) for cook top was turned off and we needed to call office. The guy explained where to find the electrical panel to turn on the breaker. Service was poor.

Nice apartment next to tram stop

Hopeless electronic check in that did not work and owners new it was not working properly. First took 10mins pressing button to get someone to open door. Then fun really began as no way would check in machine accept our booking so no access cards printed out. Another 10 mins pressing button at entry finally got someone who then arrived 20 mins later to complete our bookings. Tried phone number but only a recorded message. All hopeless and disappointing they knew it was hopeless. Also shower flooded bathroom and u would suspect they knew this and would have fixed. TV is too small for this size apartment

When we arrived there was a technician there so everything went really smooth. I think it would have been more difficult due to our late arrival if he wasn't there.

Location is excellent. Check in machines are pretty easy to use. Close to the train station to get to and from Oslo airport

Rooms were too hot, looks like the central heating was still on. Everything else was excellent

Second room was a sofa cum bed & uncomfortable

The location is perfect. Just 10 min walk to all the sightseeings. You get to the appartment easily by train and you get off at the station NationalTheater and then walk 5min. Very easy check in, we got two key cards through a machine (you don't meet any person, but they respond immediately to mail). Fully equipped kitchen, clean and quiet. We even enjoyed a balcony.

The check in time was a liitle late (15.00pm). Other guests who stayed at the other side of the building were complaining about high temperature inside their appartment because of shiny day. They were unable to open any windows.
