Everything about our stay here was amazing. My fiance and I came here after doing the O trek to celebrate our 3 year anniversary. We wanted to get away from the city and be somewhere romantic, quiet and comfortable. This place was that and more! The shower was AMAZING, we basically didn't leave the hot tub, and the bed was extremely comfortable. They also had blackout curtains that allowed us to get a very well deserved and needed good night sleep. The owner, David, was extremely tentative and always communicating with us to make sure we had everything we needed. He connected us with a taxi company and we had our own personal taxi driver to and from the city during our stay - Ines. She was fabulous too! Our flight time came up in conversation, and without requesting David made sure that Ines would be there to pick us up. He really went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. He gave us a free bottle of champagne to celebrate our anniversary as well. The kitchenette also came with everything we need for breakfast, and it was very convenient to have. I highly recommend booking this cabana if you are just finishing a trek in Torres Del Paine, want to relax and get away from the city, or just like the idea of being surrounded by mountains in the most perfect bungalow (hot tub, comfy bed, kitchenette, personal taxi driver, great shower, hammocks, everything!!) Thank you David, Ines and the rest of the Kauken team for making our stay so amazing. We definitely hope to come back here one day.

Everything. Very calm and clean. All required facilities available. The hot tub is fantastic and the owner is very caring, extremely helpful and organized. It was a pleasure to stay there.

Quiet, peaceful location and the perfect place to recuperate after hiking!! Breakfast is continental style. The kitchenette has service ware to heat a light evening snack as well. The best thing is David,the host. He will help you find whatever activity or item you need from touring to eating to shopping or just learning more about the area or the flora and fauna. Recommend asking him first with whatever need or question you have!!

Nothing really, but maybe in the future blinds that go from the bottom up so you never have to miss the view from the fabulous windows!!

By far the best place we have stayed in Chile! Amazing rooms with views of the mountains and wildlife. We loved the jacuzzi after a long day hiking and the breakfasts to go were really convenient. Best of all was the service. You can tell David really puts 1000% into your experience. He is very great at communication and very welcoming. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful place to stay! It is so unique and comfy. The host could not have been nicer or more accommodating! The sauna is really fun! The log furniture and rustic style was perfect for us Colorado people! 😊😊😊 We both highly recommend this property!

The location I a ways from town BUT this adds to the charm and quiet!

David was an excellent host, he took great care of us! the hot tub was excellent.

we didn’t have a car and the location was a bit out of town but David was gracious to help us organize transfers when needed.

the location is breath taking! the surrounding area is so serene, with mountains in the distance and wildlife right out your window

the hotel is a little far from town, so some Torres Del Paines tours may not pick you up from there. both of mine did, but if you plan accordingly you can figure it all out.

There is an excellent tub insaide the cottage. Nothing could be more enjoyable than having a hot bath in such a cold weather!

Super nice cabin in the outskirts of Puerto Natales with some wonderful views to the land and mountains. A fantastic wooden hot tub, from where you could enjoy the views and the most supporting and friendly owner. A perfect place to relax after hiking and driving around.
