I will not advise anyone to book this place. The owners are very bad at customer service and the stuff ar3 disorganized and mistreated by the owners for them uts all about money

Everything and my kids did nit like the place and the people we had to exit the place and stay some place else

Nice rustic rooms. Nice view over the river.

It was a bit expensive for what it was offering. And without breakfast.

Our stay at Tembo Safari Lodge exceeded our expectations. Our room was clean, comfortable and incredibly spacious- including a beautiful balcony that looked out to the Kazinga channel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating as well. We were also impressed by the price; this was much cheaper than other options in QENP, but I believe of the same or better quality.

ongoing constructions, basically no Wi-Fi, area could be maintained better

great personnel, amazing location(close to the petrol station and the main road). renovated, large rooms. 6 electric plugs, 2 of them were next to bed, easily reached. mosquito repelling plug standard. big beds. large mosquito net. lake view. parking lot.

tap in the bathroom had not enough flow. construction was still going on the restaurant(not at night) the road to the lodge could be better.

The staff (mainly Debra) was extremely nice, the rooms are spacious and well equipped, good food, balcony with view to the channel, great location for boat trips and watching the animals, very quick water heater for showers. One Hippo came to visit and slept just between the huts... :)

unstable wifi connection available only at the public areas, the older rooms are less well maintained, only one electricity socket that was not stable

Location is great and the rooms are nice. Our room was huge and had a balcony with beautiful views. Good food and really nice staff. I'm lactose intolerant and the chef agreed to cook pancakes without any milk just for me I forgot my phone in the hotel and realized 1 day later. They contacted me and arrange a taxi to deliver it in a town I was going to be reaching in a few days, AT NO EXTRA COST. AMAZING

The rooms are big and the location is perfect. If you are into game drives it’s five minutes away from the main and secondary entrance for QENP.

The place is a bit noise during sleep hours because of nature in general, bat noises, hippos and insects around you will hear them. We had dinner in an under construction space with candles, it was a bit creepy, we didn’t have the option of having dinner on the dining area.
