It was hard to locate this place, i struggled to get a house number. The owner takes time to respond on Whatsapp. Everything was dirty, spiderweb all over , cutlery was dirty . I'm not booking with them again!

there was no spare bedding for the pull out sofa, we couldn’t get hold of the owners to get the pin to open the door on arrival so was left waiting for over an hour. many of the facilities didnt work,

Absolutely nothing

Everything, aprtment was dirty and sofa bed wasd damage to the point of being unusuable and covered in stains. Strong weed smell throughout the apartment and smoke detectors were ripped out. Area is the worst I have ever visited. DO NOT STAY

So before we even arrived I messaged the property several times regarding check-in times. These were unanswered and I had to hassle the owner of the property and constantly ring until I had any information the first phone call I made the owner of the property replied with ‘why are you calling me’ and then put the phone down. I still was not informed about how to enter the property until the morning of my stay. I had no welcome information about the property and didn’t even know the number on the street. We were granted early access to the property which I was grateful for but when we entered the property it absolutely stunk of marijuana and I mean it smelt really bad. We had to open all the windows and I messaged the owner instantly about this being as he wanted a £200 security deposit from me. We then went out and returned from Leeds festival and we could barely sleep as the whole apartment was so stuffy and smelt of marijuana. The next morning we went to sit and chill in the living area but we were unable to sit on the sofa due to the amount of unknown stains on it and didn’t really want to be sitting on it so we went out and Purchased air beds to sit on for the day as we were hungover and just wanted to relax all day When we came to blowing up the air bed we discovered that there was marijuana all over the living area floor as that was the only room that hadn’t been cleaned due to our stuff being on there. It was a horrible experience for us considering we had spent nearly £500 in order to stay there for two nights. I don’t believe that this property is fit for purpose anymore and it requires a lot of refurbishment made to it in order for it to look like the images portrayed in the booking.
