Location, new and clean.

Key stopped working and locked out of room at 9 pm with front desk locked. Pounded on door to find somebody.

Loved that it was so close to Zion National Park and that it was within walking distance to restaurants, shops, art galleries. Staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and up to date.

Location was fantastic - across the street from the shuttle bus and tons of food options within walking distance. Clean room, a little small for 3 adults (finding room to put luggage), but overall updated and very comfortable.

Great location in Springdale, shuttle bus stop very close by, grocery store across the street. Bed was comfortable. Great view across the street.

Needs some maintenance. The toaster was broken. Kitchen faucet didn't work properly. Hotplate provided takes a very long time to heat up and cook.

Frühstück war eine Verpackungsorgie und echt nicht gut. Kaffee jedoch lecker.

I was not told about the breakfast to go program and missed out on it.

An elevator. My wife had a hard time getting up and down the stairs.

I can hear the loud footsteps of guests on the room above us. Didn’t get enough sleep because of it. Floor and carpets is not that clean.

Easy to park in front of the room and easy access to shuttle.

Fantastic location, spotless rooms, beautiful view. Easy to get into Zion and across the road from the market which was super convenient for late night snacks.

Parking gets a bit difficult and tight but not terrible.

We got a great price before the rush season. TV had excellent picture quality, beds were comfy, and the location is absolutely prime. Parking was easy & right available right by our room.

My only minor gripe is that the towels were rather not absorbent. It seemed like they used too much fabric softener.

The location is amazing, the bed excellent & the living room/ kitchen large & roomy. We loved everything.

There are a few things like the lighting in the bathroom & the faucets in the kitchen that need improvements. Still the place is amazing value & Springdale is cute & the perfect location to see Zion.

We like the location, rooms were nice, clean, spacious, they have a nice modern lobby and snack bar area. They also provide breakfast in the morning to go.

We visited during the coldest time of the year, and the rooms were freezing cold, especially with the infant. It would be great if they had turned on the heat before our arrival. the bathroom was extremely cold, and it felt like going out to use one. Breakfast was a great option, but yogurt was expired in all of them.

convenient and friendly stuff member. they are only open for check in for certain time window. make sure to call them you expect a late check in.
