The disingenuous manager; the unkempt appearance the standing pond water in pool and spa; the curtains off hooks. The fact that I couldn’t cancel after manager tried to change our 2 rooms to inadequate 3 bedroom suite. The bag lunch breakfast -the fact that booking . Com would not help me cancel without managers approval and manager couldnt help me because I booked it with a third party— too price for below standard room

바닥이 무척 더럽습니다. 청결 상태가 몹시 좋지 않습니다. 방에서 와이파이가 잘 잡히지 않아서 호텔 로비에 가서 사용했습니다.

Friendly staff, perfect location. Room was recently remodeled so it was so nice and clean. The staff made little breakfast bags in the morning, which was lovely. They also let us leave our car in the lot after we checked out so that we could do another hike. I really appreciated that accommodation.

Maybe better wifi, but honestly it was only bc the room had just been remodeled and the wifi wasn't ready yet.

Location was great. Liked that the breakfast was a sack breakfast. It was quick and easy to grab on the go. Since there is so much to do, we did not want to spend time sitting down to eat. Especially in off season when there is not as much daylight. Breakfast included a breakfast sandwich, yogurt, granola and an apple. Easy to take and eat on the go. The man who checked us in was super friendly and helpful and gave us ideas of where to eat and had a list of the restaurants with hours of operation. The room was comfy and clean. Great views

I wish the windows had a sheer covering to provide privacy but also allow daylight and some views of the mountains in the morning. Both window treatments were blackout so the room was either dark, or privacy sacrificed if we wanted daylight and views.

Amazing localization, great room for the price, friendly personnel. Nice views around the hotel and from the hot tub. The Zion shuttle is just right outside the hotel.

It wasn’t that clean. The bedsheet was dirty on one of the beds and there were someones hair on the bathroom wall. They say breakfast is included - it is just a burrito and a granola with yogurt that you take to your room. It was tasty though.

Friendly customer service, spacious rooms, close to Zion Park and restaurants in walking distance!

A lot of things were broken, we were given the keys to the room, occupied by other people.

L'emplacement, à proximité de l'arrêt n°5 de la navette de Springdale. La gentillesse du réceptionniste. La petite attention surprise du lendemain : un sac contenant un petit déjeuner à emporter. La possibilité de laisser le véhicule sur le parking le lendemain pour la visite du parc, un atout non négligeable puisque tous les stationnements sont payants à Springdale.

Le prix de la nuitée : 200 dollars, c'est quand même cher pour un hébergement qui n'est ni plus ni moins qu'un motel, même s'il y a un effort sur la déco. La machine à glaçons hors service depuis semble t'il un certain temps. La propreté dans la chambre qui laisse vraiment à désirer.

Die Lage war top, das Zimmer schön, der Ausblick vom Pool zum Zion NP war atemberaubend, Check out geht unkompliziert über Schlüsselbox

Zimmer war leider eine halbe Stunde nach Beginn der Check in Zeit noch nicht fertig geputzt, Vorhänge gingen nicht zu, keine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer

Os quartos precisam urgentemente de uma reforma ou melhorarias. O ar condicionado é velho e mal funcionava (alem de fazer um barulho muito alto), as cortinas nao fechavam, e tinha muito mofo no exaustor. Sao coisas pequenas que poderiam tornar a viagem muito mais confortavel. Mas o que nos deixou mais chocados foi o café da manha que veio em um saquinho (iogurte, granola, um hamburguer e uma maça).

Die Lage war top. Bushaltestelle zum Zion NP direkt vor der Tür. Personal sehr freundlichen.

Hatten leider ein Baustellen-Zimmer, Spiegel hatte einen Riss und die Duscharmatur war mehr als verkalkt.

Location was good. I liked where it was situated. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby for breakfast and dinner.

Air conditioning was archaic it was So LOUD couldn’t sleep with it on and couldn’t sleep with it off as way to hot! Needed updating!

Room was good with comfortable beds…pool was good

Air conditioning wasn’t good at all…the grab and go breakfast was awful….for the money i paid for the the room the air conditioner should have been a lot better.

Price & Breakfast “included” was less than impressive. Consisted of bagged tiny burrito (microwave in your room), apple, yogurt (ran out 2nd day so offered Walmart oatmeal) and tiny cup of granola.

The freezer and refrigerator didn't work well. Quite outdated hotel

Location was great you can park your car here during the day after you check out and ride the shuttle into Zion. Bed was so comfortable!!

Lots of construction. Breakfast was a bagged meal was okay.

It's a 4 minute drive to the park gate, so it's convenient. The beds were comfy. We had the 1-bedroom suite and the kitchen was clean and had a full-sized freezer and regular oven/stove (electric). The unit (101), was also located in front of the building, so we had windows to enjoy the canyons we could see from two side of the room. Furniture in the front room is dated, but practical. Enjoyed having two full bathrooms, which was unusual.

Simply put, this is NOT the Lodge in Zion National Park. The pool is not heated, with the hot tub colder than the pool. There is significant remodeling construction going on in a number of rooms, with furniture and wood segments out on the landings near the parking lot, and a very large, full, waste container at the end of the parking lot, near the pool. A bit pricey for the amenities. They might have a nice breakfast, but it isn't put out until 7:30am. Most people were leaving by 7am so they could get parking in the Zion Visitor Center parking lot, which had plenty of parking (over 50% available) at 7:15am when we went on 6/1/23.

Location was excellent. Fee shuttle bus to Zion National Park was right across the street. Room was spacious. Kitchen was very useful. Room was clean and there were 2 bathrooms.

The parking space was so small that many vehicles were parking in 2 spaces and there weren't enough spots Also the lots were diagonal and backing out was extremely difficult in that tight space. The description of amenities were not honest in my opinion. Breakfast was a grab and go bag only from 6:30-7:30, The so called spa facilities was an outdoor swimming pool. Parking was a night mare, especially at night.

housekeepers missed our room in the second day we were there. lobby smells really strange. like someone over cleaned w pine Sol trying to cover up another smell? if that makes sense. both coffee and cappuccino machines in lobby said “out of order” looked like they had been for a long time. just take them out already. pool and spa was supposedly closed then we saw people in them?

Location was great, very close to Park entrance. The small coffee and gift shop next door was great, a small family-owned business.

The motel was old and appeared to be under remodeling. Our room had NO television and staff told me it was out in the whole motel and being repaired … when I pressed him, he finally admitted it would not be repaired that night. In morning I found out it was only our building that had no tv, not the main building! Their breakfast machines in lobby did not work either, No coffee or juice. Was told to use room coffee machine and when I asked for a second pack of coffee was given 4 one cup packets instead of the 4 pack that the coffee machine used … when I again asked, was told they ran out of the correct packets.

Our room was upgraded for us to a three-redroom suite which was really lovely. The location is amazing. Strong Wi-Fi. Comfortable beds and seating area.

The room was pretty dusty/dirty. The oven smoked when turn it on and the dishwasher looked flooded (we didn't use it because of this)

We loved location of the hotel, beds were comfortable and there was nice natural wood furniture
