L’hôtel est situé à l’entrée du parc de Zion. À Seulement 3 arrêts de Shuttle gratuit. L’accueil par Natalie était souriant et très agréable. Boissons fraîches, cookies et serviettes fraîches à disposition. Le top! Une belle piscine, avec serviettes fournies, donnant sur les montagnes et une chambre simple mais confortable. Literie impeccable et Clim ok. Souci avec la chasse d’eau et la baignoire grinçait quand on était debout dedans pour se doucher. L’hôtel est intervenu pour le toilette dès qu’on l’a signalé. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages et notre voiture toute la journée de notre départ gratuitement. Nous les avons récupérés en milieu d’après-midi pour ensuite poursuivre notre route. Une chouette étape donc que je recommande!

Rien Je vous déconseille fortement le restaurant Italien en face de l’hôtel. Très cher et très décevant. Ce n’était pas bon.

Breakfast was marginal.

The room at first blush is clean and the beds were comfortable. Storage was decent. We liked that it had a fridge.

The electricity went off entirely in the middle of the night. When we woke up to use the bathroom, the room was completely pitch dark. We had to feel around for our phones to provide some light. By morning the electricity was back on, but the Wi-Fi was out. Worst of all, when we tried to shower, the shower did not work at all. We didn’t have time to get it fixed because we needed to leave.

Amazing location. Clean and functional. Had gluten free bread for breakfast.

$10 parking per car per night. On top of $300 a night. Ridiculous. This is Springdale not New York.

Nice, clean, like new facility, room was spacious, beds were great, excellent fitness center with plenty of both resistance and cardio equipment, great breakfast with lots of variety of both hot and cold items. Easy to walk to anywhere along the main drag all the way to the park entrance if you want.

Das moderne und sehr schöne Hotel hat eine offene Lobby und ist sehr gut gelegen. Direkt gegenüber vom Hotel fährt der Shuttlebus ab, der direkt bis zum Visitor-Center fährt. Man kann sehr gut entlang der Strasse einige Restaurants erreichen und hat eine herrliche Aussicht auf die Berge. Im Zimmer besteht die Möglichkeit Kaffee/Tee zu kochen. Das Frühstück ist gut, der Frühstücksraum sehr nett eingerichtet.

What a lovely property in the most beautiful spot on earth! Super clean and comfy, and walking distance to some great restaurants and shops. Very convenient to the national park.

No hot water in one of our rooms and also we booked this hotel for the pool facilities and we were told they were closed. Then we looked out about window and people were swimming.

Great location and EV-chargers on site, nice views from pool and outdoor breakfast area. Rooms were clean and modern, pretty extensive included breakfast and nice pool area.

Extra costs for parking ($10 I believe) and for EV-charging (per kWh). Felt about $20 too expensive for what it was but I guess that comes with the location.

We didn’t have enough hot water for 2/3 people to shower in comfort after a day of hiking. The sound of heater at night coming on and off was a negative.

very poor noise isolation between twin rooms. Could hear everything that was said in the room next door. Also, the refrigerator was so loud that it woke us up when it turned on in the middle of the night. There was also some surface dust on the lamps and desk.

Great location, large room, and nice pool. Chargers for electric cars, we did not have the adapter for Tesla, and the front desk provided one for us.
