L’emplacement à deux pas de l’entrée du Parc Zion, un jardin trop chouette au bord de la rivière avec bambi qui te regarde sortir du spa, les amenities au top, et le petit déjeuner royal. La chambre avait un parfum trop bon ainsi que des produits de toilette magnifiques.

A ce niveau de prix, je m’attende que le personnel verifie les chambres, il y avait une ampoule qui ne fonctionnait pas, le rail d’un rideau sorti, le tiroir du coffre fort cassé. Le luxe est une question de détails.

Location was great. We could walk into Zion and catch shuttle at visitor center. Room was very nice. Hotel was next to the Virgin River, and that was great sitting by the river. The different pools at the hotel were very nice.

Very close to national Park entrance and 10min walk to park visiter centre. Can start the Watchman Trailer from the hotel. The room itself was very spacious, just by river and the pool/jacuzzi. The food at dinner at breakfast Was also excellent. The Staffel very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location.

The big pool was not heated and was freezing. When asking the staff why the pool is not heated I was told that they will turn on the heater and it should be warmer in couple of hours. The day after when we went to the pool the water was freezing again and when complaining again to the staff I was told that the heater is broken and they are very sorry. The kids were extremely disappointed.

The view from our room was beautiful. It was walking distance to Zion Park. The staff was very helpful, they kept making sure our stay was wonderful

There was nothing negative to say about the place. We had no issues.
