No bathtub but with all the dust it was apron a good thing

Very nice room, private deck with great views of surrounding mountains. Very close to either bus stop or Zion entrance but on a very quiet side street. Hosts were very helpful and welcoming. Within walking distance to restaurants and shops.

-breakfast was healthy and plenty
-stuff was quite informed on ongoing restrictions and had lots of recommendation for tours, they know their way around!
Air condition not able to be managed separately for each room.

Location was great. Easy walk to the bus stop or a mile walk to the park. The owners were very friendly and easy to engage with. They were helpful suggesting activities and places to eat.

Very clean, spacious room with updated luxury bathroom. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Location is convenient to the park, restaurants and equipment rentals.

Everything. The room was comfortable, clean and luxurious. Our room had a fridge and TV, and the common area had a coffee machine. Breakfasts were excellent and very generous. Noel and Suzanne are wonderful hosts and very knowledgeable about the area. The location is perfect for visiting Zion National Park. Fast Wi-Fi, communal cookies and a very relaxing hot tub; what's not to love?!

Hosts were very attentive, gracious and hospitable. Went out of their way at short notice to cater for dietary requirements and cooked amazing breakfasts as well as some dessert.

Amazing breakfasts and they even made us up a breakfast to go when we left early which was very well received.

The B&B is in a great location, walking distance from the entrance of the National Park and restaurants/convenience stores.
The staff was nice and accommodated our requests to help us get out for really early hikes. We loved our room. It was nice, cozy, and practical but elegant at the same time.
The price tag is the only thing I wasn't too happy about, but it is Springdale next to Zion at the peak of the season, so we went along with it.

Super helpful, friendly and caring hosts. Also the clean and hot hot tub after hiking is nice. A parking spot in the center of town is a bonus.
