We had booked 4 rooms in the property for 3 nights. The location of the hotel is good, very close to Connaught Place.

It's an old property which is not maintained well. On top of that, we had these issues - 1. The hotel took the entire booking amount before check-in, in spite of mentioning no pre-payment on the site. 2. The AC in the room was leaking. 3. The bathroom door lock was not working. 4. Watermelon served for breakfast was stale. Though the staff tried to help with changing the room /the fruits. But honestly, it was lot of hassle to coordinate with them for such issues and getting it resolved. When you are on a critical business trip, you don't have the time and bandwidth to deal with these issues. If not for the pre-payment, we would have checked out after one night and moved to another property, but we were stuck.

I've a worst experience on Booking.com for this hotel. Its not worth spending so much of money on this hotel. Specially staff are very rude and unprofessional, they communicate something and do something else on arrival, after asking them to check the communication, they simply asked to cancel the stay (we've no where to go at the very last minute). Please refrain yourself and do not recommend this hotel at all. Very bad experience all togather. You not going to address this at all as you mentioned below, because your manager was also so rude. Never ever recommend this hotel.

staffs were very friendly, room was cleaned all times

The food i had ordered in the night and the hotel was very exceptionally clean. I really liked the stay here and have already recommended to few of my friends.

Just that the price was on the little higher side as in the same price i have stayed in the Five star hotel and the option was less for breakfast which is not an issue. The problem was there was no facility to take away even if you pay for it.
