Le prix et le parking

Chambre catastrophique avec plusieurs problèmes (porte salle de bain bloqué, fenêtre cassée ne fermant pas donc beaucoup de bruit et lit pas très confortable). Un membre du personnel s’est excusé. Cependant aucune compensation pour les désagréments subis et on a eu la même chambre qui n’était pas impeccable….

The location was nice, lot of shops & restaurant are accessible by walk. Beds are comfortable and room is spacious. Great staff.

Dobra lokalizacja, 5 minut spacerem od rynku z bardzo dobrym street foodem. Hotel w rzeczywistości wygląda lepiej niż na zdjęciach, pokój wygodny, na miejscu bezpłatny parking z windą dla samochodów. W recepcji dostępne do wypożyczenia parasole dla gości.

W cenę pokoju wliczone śniadanie azjatycko-europejskie,ale niby duży wybór ale trudno zjeść coś smacznego, bo większość potraw zimna. Pół godziny przed zakończeniem śniadania obsługa zaczyna sprzątanie łącznie z zamiataniem podłogi wokół stolików osób jedzących śniadanie.

if breakfast is not included in the package, do not spend money on it. Most of the dishes are cold by the time you enter the breakfast room. Neither customers nor employees take care what happens to the food.

Personnel was very kind in helping to rent a car when we struggled. In addition, extra towels were delivered when asked. The local fruit market five minutes of walking away was an amazing local experience where the best Jeju tangerines can be found and other street food can be eaten. The beach and waterfalls are also within walking distance.

Hotel walls are somewhat thin if you are having a large family room, like ours and the next one to us, it was loud at times.

Convenient location with many eateries including a famous Gimbap take out just next to hotel and a Paris Baguette across the hotel .

Door to shower room not able to close hence water splashes out of the shower room . Pillow too soft and no extra available

I don't really have any deep impression on what's nice about the hotel. Probably the price of it. But beware what to pay is what you get.

The furniture and the interior are extremely dated. But the house cleaning is commendable for keeping the tired looking space clean. Do note that there's no housekeeping team on site after 6 pm, although this is a hotel. You'll have to head down to the lobby to get the items you requested for e.g., extra towel, pillow. Consolation is upon request, the front desk personnel abide to it. If you use toiletries provided by the hotel, the hotel does offer shampoo and body wash, but don't provide toothbrush and toothpaste. Booked this hotel as it is stated that there will be free parking on site. Upon arrival, the carpark attendance told me that my car was too big (I'm driving a Torres). I can not park in the carpark, which is fine since the parking attendance offered me a spot right in front of the hotel on the pedestrian walkway. However, the problem start the next day when I parked at the same spot but was later on alerted by my car rental company (they called me) that the hotel called them to inform them I'm obstructing the traffic by parking at the spot they directed me to park the day before. Attempted to explain to the receptionist about the arrangement the day before, but she refused to listen, and I've to speak to a new parking attendance that told me i could not park at the location. Directed me to an off-site carpark that is about 6 to 8 min walk. However the next day I saw rental cars parking at the spot that the parking attendance ask me to shift away from. One word of advice - cp attendance will provide a piece of paper w address of off-site cp, but you won't be able to find the place on your naver map.
