Phuong is amazing . Unfortunately I was injured and she took such good care of me . I will be forever grateful. It’s also in a very convenient road very close to the beach and bar and restaurants .

Big room, very nice staff, clean, nice location close to the beach, very good laundry service (it even got rid of some stains from my clothes from previous laundry services)

The hotel is in a great location. A 2 minute walk to the beach and to the shops. The hotel host is amazing. The family are so friendly and helpful. The host helped me book a taxi to the airport for my early flight, any time I needed help they were more than willing to accommodate. The room is very very basic but is good value for money, especially if you plan to explore Phu Quoc rather than sit in the hotel room. The room came with a fridge and when I asked for a kettle the host went and fetched me one without any issues. The water pressure isn't very powerful but you can shower still without issues. I really enjoyed my stay here. Genuinely loved my stay here. Be prepared it is basic but for the amount you pay it really is fabulous. I stayed for a week and loved my stay.

Location was good. Receptionist didn't speak great English but she tried and was very helpful to me. Bed was fine and AC worked well.

Original room booked for me did not have wifi reception so they moved me to a smaller one nearer reception. Taxi I requested for my departure in the morning was actually a moto taxi and it was raining! Make sure you specify what kind you want!

AC worked well. Bed was fairly comfy. Receptionist was pleasant and helpful. Hot water works well.

Wifi did not work in the original room they put me in. Lighting is pretty dim and the bathroom drain backs up when you shower. Access to the beach not so simple.

Room very clean, great location, good aircon and fan and a fridge. Staff great, did washing for us, and arranged bike hire. Warm shower, Great value for money

The bed was slightly too hard

Great location. 3 minutes walk from the beach and plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and bars within a 5 minute walk.

It’s a very comfortable and cheap room to stay for a few days , the beach is just a few meters away. Location is great , too.
