Good bare bones hotel; self service washer and dryer which are super cheap and the hotel provides free soap and dryer sheets; free parking; clean; quiet; good location; staff spoke good enough English; breakfast was continental style but you could cook your own eggs on provided pans.

Bathroom sink, toilet and shower (no shower curtain) are together in one small room so floor gets wet when showering; wash your own dishes after breakfast; not enough tables and chairs for breakfast; and rooms don’t have a coffee machine.

Es un edificio nuevo, las instalaciones son recientes. Es un hotel moderno y las habitaciones son cómodas. El baño tiene ducha abierta, tienes que ser un poco cuidadoso. Lo mejor es la amabilidad del personal, aunque su inglés es muy limitado se preocupan al máximo para que tu estancia sea la mejor posible. En la zona de la entrada hay un espacio con juegos de mesa y máquina de videojuegos gratis. Puedes pedir comida a domicilio o comprarla en la tienda de conveniencia y consumirla en la zona de comedor. Ubicado al lado de la estación de autobuses y de la zona comercial. Repetiríamos sin duda.

Close to bus station so we could walk there. As of our travel it seemed a newish hotel. The lobby and the rooms and the bathrooms are very clean. Having washer/dryer for common use was a big benefit as we were on road for long time. Breakfast is decent.

They don't provide proper bath towels (only hand towels with which one is supposed to wipe ourselves). The bathroom also didn't have hooks/bars to hang clothes etc. The room size is just about enough (basically you come to just rest for the night). The staff is young and not well informed (when we asked for options to eat). Yes English is an issue but if they want to attract more foreign tourist staff needs to be better informed (keep handy prints out with recommendations if english is an issue). Another thing is one is supposed to clean their utensils after breakfast. everyone's level is different and some just basically rinsed it - so if reused it is bit of problem from hygiene perspective.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of offerings, including eggs, which you could cook for yourself and fresh fruit. Staff was very kind and helpful. There is a free laundry room on the first floor.

The mini hotel is conveniently located in Gyeongju in a short walking distance to the intercity bus stop and with walkable access to the historic areas. Nearby you can find various convenience stores, there is even a self-service laundry center closeby in the same area, which tourists often use to wash their clothes and shoes. The lady at the reception was very friendly, helpful and spoke also good english. The building is modern. The beds are a bit more western style (a bit taller) and the room is well equipped with refridgerator, desk etc.. The bathroom is a separate room with open shower and small korean-style towels.

The room contained a small chamber with a noisy aparatus with seems to heat everything a bit up, although it was already quite warm outside. I assume it is a boiler? For me the sound was not an issue, but if you are a light sleeper, that could be a problem. The room was not cleaned perfectly. There was trash from a previous tenant under one bed and I found long black hair (I don't have that long hair) in various locations.
