Not far from the airport, quite appartment, rooftop, pool, beautiful view from 1 bedroom.

Dirty furniture, sofas and chairs, cracked walls with paint pealing off, mould in the kitchen, no soap provided, mouse in the kitchen.

the roofdeck pool is so cool. i like that you also get to see views when you are up there.

The place is clean and comfy. It can easily be located by delivery riders. Tools for cooking are complete.

The caretaker/host arrived at the place 30 minutes before our check-out time. We were not yet finished preparing to go out, some of us were still taking a bath which made us uncomfortable because she was waiting for us inside the room.

The staffs are approachable.

The place are disgusting and dirty especially the shower and the toilet bowl is clogged.

Very nice and comfy place. There are 2 ACs, 1 for the bedroom and another for the living room area both in good working condition. Clean CR. Refrigerator, television, microwave and electric kettle are a big help for our entire 3day stay. Dining utensils are complete for our needs. The kids had fun at the kiddie pool. Housekeeping done by friendly and helpful Ate Jona.. Availability of parking slot provided with fee. Security deposit of 2k given in cash upon checkin has been returned right away on the same time as check out thru Gcash. Will book again when we travel to the area.

Security personnel kept on asking our unit number, our parking slot number and whether we will check out everytime we go out of the unit. The guardpost should have at least a log book of the tenants keeping a record of the car unit and plate, the parking slot, apartment unit number and date of checkout to minimize stopover at the parking entry point.

Poor coordinations between the owner(?) and caretaker as a result, we waited an hour outside the building. No responses received from the caretaker despite of multiple message prior our arrival. I have with me Sr. Citizen and a Child.
