Petit déjeuner sous forme d’énorme buffet, le personnel est très serviable, la chambre était très propre et confortable. L’hôtel dispose de 2 piscines dont 1 immense à l’extérieur. Le centre est facilement accessible (nous avions opté pour les déplacements en taxi pour plus de praticité et surtout dû à la chaleur). Je ne peux que recommander!

le seul petit bémol concernant la chambre, serait le sofa lit qui n'était pas très confortable pour les enfants, concernant la piscine et la plage rien à redire, la famille a vraiment appréciée, la piscine est vraiment très belle mais un peu profonde pour les enfants (ma fille mesure 1.45 est n'avait pas pied) la plage très propre et l'eau très chaude!! l'hôtel est très bien situé et de nombreux restaurants se trouvent à proximité.

We mostly liked the indoor pool and the size of the room that was given to us was ok for a family of 4. The breakfast buffet was ok but the coffee was a let down The food and coffee at the indoor pool bar was amazing.

First of all and the most important part of our stay that we didnt liked is the Arabian Theme Dinner Buffet. I've been to different hotels and have tried many buffets and our experienced that dinner was the worst ive ever had. The food was really salty, the pasta which i have requested from the station was hard, the grilled meat station is a disaster as you have to wait for your meat to be grilled which infact it was half grilled and half baked, the seafood was really hard and has a funny taste. The selection of food was not balanced and was not made as per the type of guests. It was not worth it for AED 150 per person. Secondly, the long que and long waiting time to check in and check out was really disappointing as the hotel crew was not ready for the amount of guests that came in during the Eid holiday, it was disorganized and the fact that there were managers roaming around the lobby without even assisting the guests and was just watching the crowd. Third, one the reason of having to que and wait during check in and check out was the request for a deposit which i find it stranged as most hotels in Dubai, even 5 star hotels dont even asked for any deposits anymore. Forth, for the lack of towels at the infinity pool. I find this funny as it was my first time to hear a hotel tell me that they dont have towels anymore for their guests as it was all consumed. Fifth, this is minor but thought of including it, the tv remote at our room was not working and have requested the housekeeping to change the battery. We were told that someone will come (twice) but they never showed up.

The attention to detail of the staff was beyond our expectance, the breakfast was great. The infinity pool was very beautiful.

Хотела поблагодарить очень отзывчивый рум сервис. Особенно работника по имени Naresh! Ненавязчивая, но качественная уборка. Старались помочь по любой просьбе. На завтраках DJ играет классные треки! Очень удобное расположение, через дорогу от торгового центра, с кучей магазинов, ресторанов и супермаркетов.

Не понравился пляж…много камней и ракушек, через день кто-то резал ноги, спуск в море некомфортный.

A lobbyt kivéve nem emlékeztetett az eddigi öt csillagos hotel élményeimre Dubaiban. Ráadásul ba akartak tenni egy kicsi sötét első emeleti szobába, erkély nélkül. Amikor közöttük hogy nem fogadjuk el, adtak egy ugyanolyan kilátás nélküli szobát a 6-on. Mindez éjszaka történt gondolhatták, hogy elfáradtunk elfogadjuk. Mondtuk, hogy mi most itt hagyjuk őket, ha nem adnak egy rendes szobát. Végül adtak és másnap még mutattak jó pár szobát. A menedzserig el se jutottunk volna, ha nem megyünk el a végsőkig, hogy az éjszaka közepén otthagyjuk a szállodát. Ez elég rossz élmény volt. Még a 17-en lévő szoba is bár kényelmes volt és ez már tágas de erkély nélküli, kicsit lelakottnak tűnt az eddigi Dubai tapasztalataimhoz képest. Mint az Astoria szálloda itthon a 80-as években felújítás előtt.

Abbiamo passato qui 5 giorni e siamo stati veramente bene.Un posto veramente lussuoso e pieno di comfort.Colazione abbondante con tutti i tipi di cibi internazionali,Camere veramente belle e spaziose e ci è stato fatto l'upgrade perché era la prima volta che alloggiavamo li,Ottimo il servizio della piscina privata e la spiaggia veramente bella con un mare bellissimo e vista sullo skyline di Dubai.Posizione buona per la tranquillità ma non eccezionale per via della distanza un po da tutto. A equipe é extremamente amável, hotel completo com muitas opções de lazer, localizaçao excelente (tem um mall bem na frente que ajuda muito). O quarto tinha uma maquina de lavar/secar roupas, o que ajuda muito para quem viaja com crianças. O atendimento ao cliente é muto bom, todas as minhas necessidades foram rapidamente atendidas.

distribuiçao das comidas no buffet do cafe da manha (os itens ficavam em extremos opostos do salao), qualidade das toalhas do quarto (nem todas eram novas, algumas estavam bem "cansadas").

Café da manhã espetacular. Vista maravilhosa e pessoas muito cordiais. Excelente para famílias por ter espaço kids e diversão para as crianças. Amamos.

Facilities were excellent, hotel has everything you need for a lovely stay. We ate at bbq night in the restaurant and it was lovely, the staff there were so helpful and kind. Breakfast was excellent, busy during peak times but you are advised of the peak times and the waiting & restaurant staff again are very efficient and polite.

We have stayed in a number of hotels during our trip and the service at reception was a bit slow. It didn’t impact the stay too much but when the service and facilities are so excellent elsewhere in the hotel this feels like an easy fix.

This. Is a well managed high volume reasonably priced hotel. staff, facilities and buffet was excellent overall very satisfied.

Light switches in room were a challenge and the shower downright hazardous. Shower over bath in a 5 star hotel with difficult access would put me off returning. The food in the indian restaurant was so disappointing

Great location and good staff

The bathroom wasn’t maintained properly, we got an old broken dustbin. The TV was the most part lol there was voice over for whatever we were clicking the tv was saying it out loud, I don’t know if it was a system built in because we could not find any way to shut it. But the biggest annoyance was booking.com messing up our booking and ruined the experience. They charged me double because my advance payment wasn’t showing in their system and then we had to apply for a refund, they gave us the wrong room and even after paying extra for a city view we didn’t get the room with city view.

The helpfulness and kindness of the staff should be applauded. The pool area is stunning with a beautiful view and the cocktails tasted delightfully. The rooms were tastefully decorated in a simple but composed style.

The entrance of the hotel isn’t suitable for pedestrians and could be re-designed to be more accessible.
