The checking in process was so tedious too many instructions. The property owner never showed up, everything on phone. The guest has to look for everything, the must be collected at a bot outside premise. The was shaking and making noise. The room Aircond not working properly

Everything was good. The place was clean. The room was nice and as its says Muji theme.

One of the bathroom heaters were not functioning however it wasnt a problem for us. Was manageable with one bathroom.

good location, provide 2 parking lots and have 6 beds

both toilets locks doesn’t work, master bedroom toilet smells, lights too dim, only one remote in the house has batteries, master bedroom heater doesn’t have hot water, fridge dirty

The room was spacious. The area was clean. The location was also good. The pool was big and clean

The parking lot was a challenge. If you have a low car you might scrape your bumper during entry and exit.

great location and everything is accessible and ioi mall is nearby. the host gave detailed instructions for check in and out. attends phone call when guidance needed. quiet place, not much noise.

the bathroom was fairly clean and the bathroom door can’t be lock from inside. the sofa bed in the hall was musty and not suitable for kids. the television program were all in mandarin, couldn’t figure out to change it to English. no iron box, hairdryer or microwave for the price.

i like the decoration of the house. clean house.

Design of the unit and strategic location

Cleanliness can be improved. Some detail parts wasn't cleaned properly until ants are 'roaming' around the corner/wall. Overall, the rooms are comfy and much tidy. Hygienic condition is within expectation. Accessories provided are pretty good.
