Sam the owner and Miriam the manager was very quick to contact us and help us. Miriam was especially helpful when we had questions and she was quick to respond. She came before our arrival to set up the place and greet us The condo is set back a little on a smaller road so it is also a nice quiet spot. Our family enjoyed the swimming pool and fitness room. The condo was very clean and comfortable for our family and the view from our window was pretty

Not the fault of the condo but due to the pandemic, many places in the island is closed. I can see that the condo is a great location close to many places so we hope we can come back when it is all fully open to enjoy the full experience.

Great appartment, very confortable, and nice view ! Perfectly clean, nice and modern furniture and all you need (especially the fast fiber internet !) The location is perfect also : very quiet and close to beach, minimart, restaurants ... The host was very nice and friendly, easily reachable at any time ! Fast and easy check in and check out. Will definitely go back there when I back in Koh Samui

Nice small clean apartment in a recently built apartment block. Loads of parking and many restaurants nearby. Clean swimming pool.

The Safety Deposit box in our room was locked open so we couldn't use it, and the air con in the living room wasn't very effective only really working like a fan. The swimming pool is nice, but no umbrellas so not really able to sit around it during the day.
