Accomodating and sueprfriendly staff and the view of the mayon just outside the verandah is expectacular.

Proximity to the city center

The room is very spacious! We're a family of four with a lot of luggage in tow and there was still lots of space to roam around in. We even had a fifth guest with us on the first night (a friend of my dad's) and he slept on a mattress laid on the floor. Very quiet too as I requested a room far from the main road. The room we stayed in was the closest to the balcony where you can see Mayon clearly. Internet speed was exceptional as well! Perfect place to stay in when your plans involve going to the church ruins and ATV rides. The ruins are just about 10mins walk away.

The sink was clogged at first, but it got resolved on the first day of our stay. Other than that, our stay was perfect.

I really like the view of Mayon from the roof deck. This is the highlight of the hotel. The room is big and clean.

The tv remote control given to us was defective but the staff immediately replaced it when we informed them.

Great views of Mayon Volcano from the rooftop terrace!! Walking distance to Cagsawa Ruins and more views of Mt Mayon; a jeepney ride away (10 minutes) to beautiful Sumlang Lake! Great double room, very comfortable bed, great air conditioning, very spacious room! Excellent staff with very helpful tips and can arrange transport to Legazpi Airport! Only a jeepney ride away to Legazpi and Daraga proper! Very conveniently located!!

A restaurant or a place for food within the property would be a bonus!
