Nice location next to Regents Park/ Baker Street, a quiet street. Well-equipped kitchen corner, very friendly key delivery.

The apartment was rather small with relatively thin walls- our neighbors were quiet, but if it would be someone more noisy, this could be a problem. The bed was too soft.

Excellent location, very quiet, very clean.

There was nothing I didn't like.

91 Gloucester Place a fantastic location that is close to everything and a great building too. The apartment was just as described and the pictures matched what I found when I checked in.

A great location that had so much potential but what a disappointment. The place was advertised as having a washer and dryer, but there is no dryer and nothing was done when I raised this. There were no towels in the apartment which was corrected later in the day on the check in day. The bedding was very disappointing including a duvet inner for a single bed used on a double bed. A broken bed, the sponge in the kitchen had hair on it and the absolute worst was the dead animal smell in the fridge which I raised 3 times with the lady who checked me in and nothing was done about. This meant that I could not keep any food in the fridge only sealed water which made the 3 days when my kids joined me very difficult as we had to have most of our meals out. The was also a cleaning fee charged but in the 7 days I stayed at the apartment no cleaner came to clean during my stay.

We booked an apartment with an AC and we have been given an apartment without an AC in a 28 deg cel London. It was suffocating

Staff was super nice and helpful. Stephane got back to my messages whenever I needed and answered all my questions. Also, the location is perfect. Very close to underground stations. My flat was also quiet and good for working with my laptop. Kitchen utilities were very adequate.

I had quite small windows since I was at the top floor and the room was a bit smelly but not that big of a problem.

Perfect location in Gloucester Place, walking distance from Baker Street. Nice studio flat equipped with an iron, iron board, tv, wall clock. The kitchen area equipped with a sink, plates, pots, mugs, glasses, cuttlery, microwave, toaster, kettle, 2 kitchen hobs, fridge.

No clothes hanger. Would be a a nice touch if a few could be provided.
