The location is precise and superb, their service is also amazing. If you enjoy the idea of waking up to a beach view, this will be a perfect choice.

Because the homestay is next to the beach and quite nature-friendly, you are expected to enjoy all the aspects of nature.

The room has balcony which is literally right at the sea. It's on the west side of the island which also means perfect sunset watching spot. The water is clear and the sea is calm so can always walk down and have a quick swim around. Fairly new furniture. We enjoyed the hammock on the balcony and it was so relaxing and peaceful. This place has a perfect location to enjoy sunset with an affordable price. There is a bathtub with a glass window so you can enjoy sunset while taking a bath.

The room is among local houses. Everyone seems friendly but they have a lot of free roaming dogs & they barked every single time we walked by. Pretty terrifying. Also given the location right next to the water, the room is deep down in the alley way - cars/taxi/uber can't get inside right in front of the door, Tung will help you transfer your things to the room but after that you will need to rent scooters for easy travelling. The street also is pretty rough with rocks and uneven surface that requires a decent driving skill. Not enough amenity such as there wasn't any cutlery even though there were plates and pots but we couldn't really cook or heat up our food (no microwave either). Standard bath towels but only one toothbrush provided but we used our own ones anyways so it wasn't a big problem. We had electricity problem in 2 out of 3 days we stayed there. The aircon was functional then stopped being cold (we had it 18 degrees and it was just cool). Spotted a few cockroaches, also there were quite a lot of mozzies if leaving balcony door open (for nice sea breeze but really can't). It would be better if we have a mozzie net then we can enjoy the breeze but also get rid of all the bugs. Not so private with next room sharing the same balcony and if you want to take a bath while watching sunset you might need to be aware of people in the next room might look into your room.

Nothing wrong as long as you know and prepared to live amongst local fishing families surrounding, I liked this personally, quiet and real

-The manager was very friendly and helpful. It was very easy to contact him. -He offered a taxi to and from the airport, though it was more expensive than Grab taxis (car price). -The bike he rented to us was great. -The room met most expectations and was very clean and neat. -The neighborhood, though dirty and poor, was, I thought, quite charming with small, run-down houses, narrow alleys and very friendly locals.

*SO MUCH TRASH* -We only booked this place because it looked like it was right on a clean beach and the water would be just a few steps away, so we could go swimming every morning and at sunset. We didn't do that once because the amount of trash on the beach and in the water was overwhelming. So much trash strewn across the beach, and layers upon layer of trash floating in the water. The price should be dropped and a the beach trash should be well noted for potential visitors. It was disgusting and very disappointing. I understand it's a community problem, but it needs to be made clear when booking. I definitely wouldn't have booked the room if I had known about this.. -Also, the bath water was cold and the bed was hard (personal preferences, though)

The room design is very nice and romantic for view of the sea. I Love it so much. The light and facilities such as cooker, bowls.. which we can use for making private smaill parties.

it makes me a little bit of disappointed because the coast is not beaufitul, quite slope and so much rubbish. I regret that the manager didn't stay here during my journey so some issues happened but we could ignore and didn't make him disturb because he was busy at that time like noone often clean my room, replace tower or anthign without we required. I hope They will make themself perfect in their services in the future. I can understand because the absence of owners and new host. The location is quite difficult to describle for taxi drivers if we want to pick..

Good location, in Duong Dong area, close to the seafood market and night market. You can buy seafood and cook in the house without a problem. The beach view is nice and clean enough even though you can’t swim there. The house is spacious, good for both couple and team travelling. Also, cute dogs :)

There are some mosquitos, especially in the bathroom.

I stayed in 2 properties of this company. Both rooms were well designed and maintained, well equipped and comfortable. Tung, the manager, was very helpful, as well as the owner. When I decided to terminate my stay, they were gracious and understanding, reimbursed me in full for the days I did not stay, and they were very easy to communicate with. I decided to leave because this property was not suitable for me, which became clear only when I got there. These rooms would be perfect for people who plan to spend all days out, on fishing and snorkelling tours and to return to the hotel in the evening. The views are lovely, the sunsets will make a great background for pictures. Also, one must ride a bike if they want to stay there. I don't ride a motorbike, and I did not plan to take tours. I wanted to work during the day, and to have beach walks in the morning and in the evening. It is impossible in that location.

The beaches on Phu Quoc became a great disappointment for me. I think, one has to travel to the islands to have clean beaches, all beaches I saw on Phu Quoc are full of trash and look terrible. Also this location is quite remote. If one wants to eat or go somewhere, they have to travel...

It would have been nicer if the beach is more clean. It was quite dirty that we didn't want to swim at all. But this is actually up to the whole neighborhood.

Amazing hospitality, tung was very polite and helpful. The view from the house is amazing. The house is well equipped with all the required amenities.

The beach in front could have been more clean, but maybe the locals in neighborhood might be responsible for it.
