La habitación es comoda, las instalaciones en general confortables

Relación precio calidad en alimentos y bebidas. A pesar de que estuve dejando propinas en el restaurante, al final me hicieron un cargo por “propina” que no consentí, hacer eso es abusivo no por la cantidad sino por la imposición.

Todo esta hermoso, limpio, tranquilo; las vistas son excepcionales. La zona de barricas, viñedos, boutique y catas es divina.

No hay buena cocina a pesar de ser un hotel de lujo, la comida es mala y la chica que atendió el buffet es grosera y no sirve la cantidad que se pide si no lo que ella quiere.

The fact that such a big property has a pool the size of my backyard and 4 lounge chairs it’s ridiculous when you are paying $500 per night. The restaurants closed early, we had to eat by 7:00pm because the kitchen closed by 8:00pm. When it was time to order dessert, we were told that the kitchen was already closed. Really? I thought desserts are made in advance. I really think it was a waste of money. Oh, and the rooms don’t have ice, you have to call every time room service to get ice. The last two nights the ice never arrived.

Best place at El Valle. Great amenities and the staff is phenomenal. The staff is there always to help. You can relax and have a great time. First Class.

Everything was great. maybe next time i will spend more time. Also, i didn't know it was pet friendly.

Wine's lover paradise in Mexico, very comfortable, has a mix of luxury and rustic location as you expect in Baja. Year round weather is great, just like Southern California.

The food could have more choices besides Yucatan style, street should be paved so there is less dust flying around.

Hospitality, service and location. Everyone couldn't do enough for us. Surrounded by some of México's best vineyards.

Unfortunately, most of The Valle of Guadalupe has terrible roads. Probably one of the worse I've ever seen.
