Lovely and thoughtfully equipped cottage. With an unexpected and delightful little welcome pack.

Could have been a bit warmer but after all it was Norfolk in February!

Beautifully furnished, lovely finishing touches. Fresh flowers, lovely towels and bedding, lots of kitchen equipment.

Parking isn’t great, but we managed. The offset garden is a little strange, but again, we managed.

Lovely cottage with a beautiful garden on a delightful quiet lane, but only a 5 minute walk from the centre of Aylsham. Tasteful quality furnishings, comfortable bed and a very well equipped kitchen. A very thoughtful welcome pack including flowers and fizz made for a great start to our holiday. Friendly communication from the owner who is nearby if needed - we didn't need any help but I'm sure it would have been happily provided.

The lane is very narrow, if you are a nervous driver then you might not want to park there, but we did not have any problems and there is plenty of free parking on nearby streets if you prefer.

Great accommodation, some nice personal touches from the owners made us feel very welcome. A pleasant village with decent pubs and eateries.Handy location for exploring the local area and coast. Car needed.

Homely. Everything was thought of to make our stay a memorable one. Wine and milk in the fridge, lindt chocs on the beds for us. A welcome text. Would highly recommend.

Parking was on a first come basis and each night unavailable so a short walk but didn't affect our stay.
