The manager is very helpful and fluent at English. Concerned about the well being of his guests and engaging with the appropriately to ensure they are happy. The front desk staff however does not speak English. They need support from a super friendly lady in the kitchen, which sums up Cambodia for you. People are not in the right job. I had a booking.com upgrade, and was offered a suite. Super comfy bed to cambodian standards. I checked the other rooms, and there is no bed comfort difference between the suite and normal rooms.

This is a wedding hotel, so expect to have disturbances at certain times, particularly in the early morning as Cambodians are active at sunrise. The leather couches in the suite could have been cleaner, some stains. The wifi is a Kep area thing. It comes and goes. If you need to video conference at a specific time, don't count on it in Kep. Nothing this hotel can do about. The property is a bit far out. I'm happy to rely on tuktuks since I do not drive motorbikes(scared), but in Kep they are sometimes impossible to get. Also no regular bikes to be rented in Kep. Be prepared in the evening to walk ±40 min from the town to the hotel if no tuktuks are around. They are actually around, but enjoying Kep with their family in the evening, pointing to you they are off duty. Have phone battery for lighting in the street, and don't be scared of roaming dogs. Best stay possible ,modern facilities ,no levels ,one level throughout. Consistant staff always with a smile . Manager arranged a scooter delivered to the door and arranged a car to the airport at reasonable costs . Breakfast very good ,huge swimming pool and staff /manager always willing to help ,all requests met with a smile .They even washed the scooter and made sure was put away for the nights . Staying here will not disappoint, felt like being home with more comforts ,sad to leave .

Absolutely nothing .

Incredible value for the largest room we stayed in during our 15 nights in Cambodia. The staff was very helpful in getting a bag I left behind at a crab market restaurant. The pool was fantastic. Jump on this if you get a deal. Stay for a while and rent a scooter to get around.

It is out of the way and nobody seems to know where this hotel is located. Our friends speak Khmer so language wasn’t the issue. It almost seemed like a ghost hotel since we had 2 rooms one night and only 1 other room was occupied.

Quiet surrounding, clean & neat room, beautiful swimming pool.So worth it.

our staying was very nice and relaxed. in the first day we were almoast the only guests in the hotel. So it was very calm. Manager of the hotel was very helpfull . even when we ran out of gas during our scooter ride , He came with his car and brought us a litre of gas. so we were lost and eaten by crazy dogs if not him. looking forward to come again.

The hotel is new and the infrastructure was very modern. The staff was generally very helpful and friendly although not all of them could speak English very well. Even though they did not have a laundry service one of the staff members brought our laundry to another hotel.

The hotel is a bit in the middle of nowhere so a scooter or tuk tuk is mandatory. No towels for the pool, restaurant not really open, breakfast okay but nothing special. There where no chairs for the balcony. I have the feeling that the hotel has not found its concept yet.

The hotel is close to the harbor where you can board a boat to Rabbit island. Rooms are large and most have balconies with seaview. There is a large pool in front of the hotel. Great value for money.
