Location is good.Many restaurant near in this property. The room is very clean and the owner is very friendly.

This is a tidy room with a private bathroom in a standalone building within a single-family house compound. The host was extremely helpful and accommodating. Many supplies, such as towels, shampoo, and filtered water were provided. The room is located within walking distance of terminal 4 of the airport and it is within a gated community so it feels safe.

The only downside was that the AC is quite old and loud which makes it marginally less comfortable to sleep. Also, because of proximity to the airport, the noise of the planes can be disturbing for light sleepers.

You can come and go as you like. It's like living at home. Maria is very helpful and knows her city well. Nice kitty cats. I will stay there again when in Manila.

There is nothing that I didn't like.

The owner is a really kind person and was so helpful with any question I had and gave me tips on what to do in Manila. The room is big and even has a fridge and private toilet and shower all included. Well worth the money.

Make sure you have a way to actually call the owner when arriving at the airport. I needed to ask the taxi driver and he somehow couldn't reach her, but I also was already late for check-in, so that is totally my fault. Come early, or get in contact via phone, so it's easier to meet.

Location is near the airport.

This is a homestay. You need to go up the stairs to reach the room. Please avoid if you have heavy luggage. I had to leave my luggage in the open garage. There was also no one to help carry it to the room. Please also avoid if you need to sleep after a long flight. The choice was between noise and heat. The airconditioner was necessary but it was too loud and it was impossible to get some sleep. I had to wear noise cancelling headphones to get a few hours of sleep before my flight.

regarding your freedom in staying, you can’t go out easily due to no one will open you in the main gate.

The place is like a home away from home. With garden and secured place. The host is very hospitable . I strongly recommend it to travelers who look for a home away from home.

Room was newly renovated. Everything was working from the aircon, water heater etc. I was told I was their first tenant when they reopened. Maria was such a wonderful host. She always check on me everyday asking if everything is ok, or if the wifi is perfectly working--basically everything about my comfort and stay. I love animals and we get to talk about their pets and their love for dogs and cats. Generally, the neighborhood is safe. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby--Joliibee is few steps away from their gate! Overall, I enjoyed my stay in such a humble place with beautiful hosts and I cant wait to stay with them whenever Im in the area. Thank you again!

The owner Maria she’s Great she always check on us and ask if we are fine and make us feel comfortable..she cares too much..i will surely introduce this place to my friends and Family...it was a Great stay!
