This condo is in a very good location, walking distance to Bourbon street and the strip.. The host is awesome and answered all of my questions in a timely matter. We will rent again next year..

The photos and description of this apartment are very accurate. It is beautifully decorated and well kept "home away from home". I cannot say enough wonderful things regarding the hosts! They are so accommodating and responsive! We hope to stay again in the future. Thank you for everything!

This property is exactly as pictured. It is lovely and in a terrific location. Brittanie was an attentive and helpful host! We couldn’t have asked for anything more.
A few notes for future travelers:
- No windows in the bedrooms and bathrooms which was a plus for noise control and sunlight control
- Air conditioning was great!
- Hot water heater ran out on the last of our four showers because we tended to get ready to go at the same time
- Lots of hotels nearby which created a safe environment and many dining and rooftop bar options
- Awesome grocery store around the corner
- In unit washer and dryer with detergent was handy
- Unit had several large, clean towels per bathroom! So nice when showering more than once a day which I did
- Down pillows and comforters on beds- letting folks know who are allergic, like I am
- Location is walkable to most anywhere but also in a quaint neighborhood
- You can store your luggage across the street at the barber shop via the BOUNCE app

Wonderful property. Modern styling. Walking distance to everything. Host recommended several restaurants, which we visited, and they all were fantastic. I would highly recommend this property to someone that wants to enjoy New Orleans, but without the noise. We will definitely stay here again.

The location is perfectly and situated in the middle of downtown. A walkable neighborhood with lots of bars and restaurants.

Condo was beautiful! The moment you open the door, the atmosphere was so welcoming! Don’t want to spoil it for anyone that decides to rent, but I will say you won’t be disappointed in your purchase.
The beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels. The location is great. Grocery store so close to the condo. Everything is walking distance…The owners were so attentive and responded quickly to any questions or concerns you have. We will be back and stay with here again!

If you are looking for a great place to stay while in New Orleans this is the right spot. Updated, clean, and in a great area of the city. Close enough to go to a game, concert, restaurant, or the night life. The host Brittanie was wonderful she had thorough instructions as well as very detailed recommendations for everything. I've traveled the states and Europe and by far this host is the best I have experienced. I highly recommend this property as a place to stay while in New Orleans!! Thank you again Brittanie!!

Property was very clean and as advertised. It is perfectly located in the heart of New Orleans and just about everything is in walking distance. There is a Rouse's Market across the street and very convenient. The hosts responded immediately to any needs we had. Definately recommend this location.

We had such a wonderful time staying at this condo. Brittanie was fantastic and very responsive to every question. She greeted us on our arrive and was so sweet.

This is our second time traveling to New Orleans two weeks ahead of Mardi Gras. We have stayed at many vacation rentals, and this one is at the top of the list for cleanliness, value, comfort, and location. The owners provided the best communication of any rental we’ve ever stayed at! While nothing went wrong during our stay, I’m highly confident they would have quickly resolved any issues as they were very responsive to our general questions.
The place is about a 12 min stroll from many major French Quarter spots. It’s also two blocks away from the Mardi Gras parades so you’re close enough to run home for a quick break, but far enough you don’t hear any noise. The place is close to the streetcar that takes you to the Garden District. We walked absolutely everywhere (except the Garden District) without any issues. We always felt safe and there are plenty of people walking around so you don’t feel isolated.
There’s a nice grocery store a block away to stock up on food and beverages. The apt had plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, hand soap for our 4 night stay.
The beds were very comfortable. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and there are no windows in the bedrooms which keeps out both light and city noise. The shower has good water pressure.
The place was immaculate, within a couple of blocks from great restaurants and a wine bar, and was the perfect place for our New Orleans stay!

Our stay was amazing!! Location is centrally located from just about everything. Very modern and clean. Brittanie and Gerard were great to deal with. Tons of recommendations and help with anything you needed. We came with another couple and couldn’t have worked out any better.

We absolutely loved everything about this unit.. it was plenty of room for my group of 4.. we had a birthday brunch and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need.. Brittanie was a great host, responded back to all my text.. We will be booking this unit again.

Wonderful property in the Warehouse district. Easy to get to streetcars and busses. Very comfortable and clean.
Be careful with those little key fobs! We are embarrassed to say we lost both of them just by slipping out of pockets (and everyone was sober!). But owners and property manager helped get us back into unit. Suggestion:carry those fobs in a purse or wallet, not a pocket because they are about the size of a quarter.
Other than our mistake of losing them, everything was wonderful. Loved being close to a grocery store. Would happily stay again!

Everything was SPECTACULAR! Brittanie and Gerard were outstanding hosts. The property was perfect, clean, quiet, centrally located, and wonderfully appointed with everything you need. Brittanie was extremely responsive and accommodating. We have stayed at several properties for JazzFest over the years and this is the best, by a country mile.

We really liked this unit (102) and location in New Orleans. The apartment was as expected - modern, clean and well-appointed. There are king beds in both bedrooms, a nice kitchen, and also a comfortable family room. The two bathrooms are also new and clean. Both bathrooms have single vanities. This was a little tight for two people in one bathroom, but it was certainly workable. There are a lot of great restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. There are also bus and trolley stops nearby, which are very convenient to get around the city. We strongly recommend this apartment.

This is a beautiful property, exactly as pictured, in a centrally located spot of the city. The property is spotless and has a serene vibe that makes vacationing so very relaxing. We were easily able to walk to most restaurants and many of the historical places of interest. Ubers were easily found when needed. In addition, we used the trolley cars one day which were fun, easy to access, and very inexpensive for a day of use. The property owner was very helpful and readily available via text if needed. This was my first time in NOLA; the visit was fantastic and this great property is a true gem.

The home was beautiful, very clean and well, equipped with towels, toothbrushes, mouthwash, coffee, sodas, and water. The location was great.

This first-floor condo is very quiet. Great for light sleepers. The location is ideal! Walkable to everything, with a grocery and pharmacy just down the block.
The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable. They had lots of linens - plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels. The water was hot, and having laundry is a must so we can travel light. There is a private patio in the back.
We can hardly wait to stay here again. This is our second time staying at a property owned by Brittanie and Gerard. They checked in on us via text, and we felt we could reach out with any issues. They are great! Makes visiting NOLA easy, safe, and fun!

Your condo was just perfect! Clean, safe, great location and lots of special touches. Exceeded our expectations. Only suggestion is could use a full length mirror as we were in town for a wedding.

This property was amazing. Everything you can ask for was available. Very accurate description. Everything looks as is in the pictures. Owners very friendly and available via email or text. For my next trips to New Orleans this will be my stay of choice. Great location. Take a short walk and you are where you want to be.

This rental is even more beautiful in person than in the ad. There is a grocery store and CVS across the street for convenience. Location was within walking distance of everything without being right in the middle of it.

The pictures posted does not do just for this beautiful condo. The place was amazing and the decor was fabulous!!! Whenever I had a question Brittanie would respond with quickness. She left us a nice gift in the fridge along with drinks. The location was within walking distance to all the great sights in New Orleans. I give this place 10 thumbs up!!!

If you have never stayed at a rented property then let me assure you that this is the way to start for excellent service. The host was very gracious and easy to contact. The property was in a secure location and very upscale.
