The location was a quiet area with one or two bars and restaurants. The hotel rented mopeds for 150k VND per day which was excellent for exploring the north of the island. Breakfast was served on the patio outside our room...it was very fresh and came with a selection of fresh fruit. The staff were very helpful and even booked our onward flights for us.

The lobby staff are amazing. Friendly, speaks good English and extremely helpful. The pool is really big, nice and clean and the water is warm. The rooms are very large and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent. The place is heavenly (very well maintained and lush vegetation). Beach about 5 minutes walk. Motorcycle available for rental. Restaurant across the street is excellent, especially for the price. Also, Wifi was really fast.

Absolutely nothing. We stayed at this place, my wife, my 6 year old son and I for 9 days and everything was perfect.

The infrastructure looks cool with a very nice pool, good location if you want to enjoy the beach. Clean room, fast check-in, comfortable bed. The staff were helpful and there are many cute pets around. Possible to rent scooter to go to the city centre.

While the place looks fancy, it feels a bit like a budget hotel with only small tubes of shampoo and shower gel provided (which is only enough for 1 person), instead of refillable bottle. The area is very much targeted to foreigner, in which there are not many restaurants that serve local Phu Quoc dishes and the price are quite pricey in general. Also would be nicer if the resort can spray the room with insect control since the place is prone to have flies and mosquitos with many trees and plants around.

Great value for money. 5 min walk from the beach, but in return you pay a very reasonable price. Staff was super friendly and helpful!! Pool was clean with cosy surroundings. No breakfast buffet when we stayed there but our choice of breakfast was delivered every morning at time of our choice. Excellent! Best restaurant in the area right opposite the resort!!

Golf cart was broken when we were there, but walk to beach was not that far so all ok!

we loved the location as it was really peaceful and easy to get to nice beaches and fantastic bbq restaurants . the pool , room and gardens were really clean and comfortable . the staff were polite and really helpful . would highly recommend if planning somewhere to chill.

Nice hotel, very close to the sea. The room is big with a huge bad and huge shower. It's near restaurants and small markets. You can easily rent a motorbike to explore the island. Staff is kind and you can have breakfast (paying) in your room and it's good!

Beautiful little paradise with a beautiful pool and garden, give you a really relaxing vibe. The rooms are really spacious and comfortable. The stuff were very friendly and if you order breakfast (100k per person) it can be served on your balcony or at the pool.

if you are looking for a remote little paradise, this is the place for you. but we didn’t really know how far it is from everything else. To enjoy the place and have good restaurant options + activities during the day you need to be mobile. to rent a bike is only 150k a day, but it’s not for everyone and we didn’t want to rent everyday. Second minus if for the huge bathroom that is so spacious and have so much potential, but is very old / need to be renovated and didn’t feel really clean.

Clean, comfortable, spacious. It is a small resort and there is everything we need. The swimming pool is great. The beds are comfortable and the shower luxurious. The breakfast is served directly in the room which is a plus, breakfast is good. The staff is friendly and they arranged a motorbike rental for us for 150k a day. They were overall informative.

Maybe hiring more staff so we won't have to wait at the reception for check-in. Also the staff who forgot that we ordered breakfast. Sometimes it felt like I had to remind the staff many times before I get what I requested (for example asking 3 times before I finally get the breakfast menu sent by message). Since the rooms are right by the swimming pool, if there are noisy guests swimming, it is annoying.

Acomodotion was super clean, personal was very kind and helpful. It is really ner to beach, which is public. And the resort has beautiful pool. Breakfast was abundant and you can have it in front of your room. In front of the hotel is very good restaurant (bistro).

The hotel was very nice and the room was very good as well. I first got a room that smelled musty and which wasn't very clean. But the staff took my complaints very seriously and I got a new room which was very comfortable and clean.

The hotel was located a bit outside of the center. But you can rent a motor bike right at the hotel (make sure to check if everything works on the motor bike, in Vietnam the bikes tend to sometimes not work very well).
