Esta unidad recientemente renovada se encuentra en el piso 14 y ofrece una cama king y un sofá de dos plazas para espacio adicional. Esta unidad es la más cercana a la playa en el Patricia Grand Resort y no cuenta con uno, sino con dos balcones frente al mar para su disfrute.
Esta unidad da la bienvenida a los propietarios respetuosos y sus pequeñas mascotas también. El resort tiene un máximo de 20 libras para los perros de los huéspedes, con un máximo de 2 perros por habitación. Was nervous about booking through Vrbo. Didn’t know what to expect since pictures can be deceiving but the room was exactly as pictured. Great size for a couple. Perfect view. Check in with Tom was a breeze!

My partner and I enjoyed our stay very much! Perfect view and perfect privacy spot for us. We love the beachfront and oceanfront. They had music and was partying all day long. It was very nice and we would come back again!

First time staying here. Very easy check in and room was nice and comfy fully stocked with everything we would need. AC worked amazing and kept us cool in this heat. The indoor pool and outdoor pool along with Hot Tub are open until 11pm which was great. Directly on the beach was also very convenient. Parking is across the street and does get full at night. The building could use some renovations - there were some doors with broken glass that was replaced with cardboard. All in all a good place to stay and we would return.

Even though we went on one of the busiest weekends, the stay was still super pleasant and the unit was surprisingly quiet. The unit was super clean and smelled so fresh inside. The property manager provided an over abundance of towels and the ease of check in was amazing! We will be back :)

We didn't feel particularly safe walking the street side. Lots of cigarette smokers on balconies even though it is supposed to be a smoke free property.

The space was perfect for my quick trip to Myrtle with immediately beach, pool, and hot tub access. The only issue is that a downstairs neighbor had their dog with them and locked them in the balcony while they were away from roughly 1am-4am one night and it barked constantly during those hours. Though, this was not remotely under the control of the property manager and the property itself was perfect.

This place is just the right size for us! It's set up very efficiently, it's very clean and there's utensils to cook or bake and eat! The view is gorgeous! We had high winds the first night, which sounded like there were banshees in our room! We quickly figured out that we needed to crack open both of the door walls to stop the howling. We stayed three nights, there was a nice dresser for us to put our clothes in and hangers in the spacious closet. I thought the (black) make up wash rags were so cute! Great idea! There were plenty of towels and toilertries for our stay. Very cute place, highly recommend!

Super easy and very accessible process. Instructions were very clear to make our stay as smooth as possible. Unit is in a great spot. Short elevator ride and you have direct access to the pool and beach entrance. Boardwalk and many attractions are a quick beach walk away. I appreciate you all for making our stay so simple and enjoyable!

Perfect size for a couple or a couple with a small child or two. Just enough room. Great 2 balcony’s one on the smaller side. But like I said it’s great for a couple get away! Tom was great to work with and replied in a timely manner!

Perfect birthday getaway for January where the temperatures were in the 50’s and 60’s. Great views of the ocean and beautiful sunrises. Lots of things to do in the area in just a short driving distance.

Stayed 30 days, enjoyed the ocean sounds each night and loved the sunrise's on the balcony. Drove each
day less then 15 min. to some realy great coarses. Will be back next year. Also Tom the owner was always a phone call away if we needed something

This place was beautiful! Everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Amazing view of the ocean. Quiet area. We slept with the sliding door open and the sound of the waves were calming. Be advised that we stayed there off season which was much quiter than it would of been during summer months.

We were very pleased with property except not really good for 3 people. Sleeper sofa mattress very lumpy. We bought an inflatable mattress to place on top.
It was close to the beach which was wonderful and definitely alot of dogs around.

Room as advertised. Property manager was extremely prompt in answering any questions or concerns. Amazingly being on 14th floor was a problem with elevators. They moved quick as compared to other places we have stayed.

My wife really enjoys sunrises so Tom's condo was perfect for us. What a beautiful view we had from the 14th floor! The bed was quite comfortable and the place was well stocked. Very clean, no bugs.... Yeah the furniture should probably be updated but it was just fine for the 2 of us. The Patricia Grand, where it's located, leaves a little to be desired though. Really, really crowed! Parking can also be a challenge as the garage across the street can fill up. Elevators can get quite busy too. But this place deserves the 5 star rating I gave it. It was exactly what we were looking for.

On our way to the beach, we received a text that the property was cleaned and ready to check-in early, at 1:00. That was an added bonus. The unit is exactly as described and was sparkling clean. It was perfect for the two of us and had everything we needed. The ocean views from both balconies were wonderful. This was our first time at this property and we were pleasantly surprised. The pool/jacuzzi/lazy river area was very nice. Drinks at the poolside bar were good and reasonably priced. The host was very nice and quick to respond. We will definitely be back!

Only 2 cons, the elevators are slow and no ac.. and did not know until the second day that over sized vehicle parking was behind the garage. (Garage is extremely tight for trucks)

Great room to stay in for two people. Had everything we needed. Front balcony was a little smaller but still was nice. Really enjoyed are time and would stay again. Communication with Tom was wonderful.
