The staff were very friendly.

We were given a basement room with little to no ventilation or sunlight. The room was very dated the floorboards were very demaged. There were water marks in the sink taps and the tiles in the bathroom were also damaged. We had an air con in the room but no remote or control unit. When I was in reception for one a member of staff came to the room with a fan and said there were no remotes available so this was the only thing they could offer. Housekeeping took the used towels but failed to replace them with new ones so we had to request clean towels as well. Very disappointing stay

Close to Hyde park

We stayed in the basement room, on arrival to the room the fire exit door was open. Luckily we spotted it and closed it before we went to bed . About an hour after heading to bed a man came down the stairs towards the fire door, I pulled open the blind and he said sorry and left. On the morning of check out there was lots of people standing outside which made the room very noisy we were woken up .

Good location for a Hyde park concert.

We were in the ‘back rooms’ absolutely disgusting, there was a sink and cooker for no reason as they didn’t work? No cover on the toilet flush, rusty paper holder, cracks on drawers and window ledges, marks and plaster over shower, doors broken, window hardly opened, beds rolled round. Had to wedge a chair under the door lock as people kept knocking on the door all night for no reason as we did answer once and had no idea what they wanted and this terrified us as we are two young women. We didn’t sleep at all, very uncomfortable and have had no refund or decent response from hotel.safety pin also found in bed sheets?? Very unsafe and those rooms should never be used for the public. Also walls are paper thin- we could hear everything the people next door were up too..

The beds are very uncomfortable, I woke up both mornings with a sore back. The rooms themselves are roasting & the air con in our room didn’t work although there was a green button on it.. the worst part about the hotel was the fact there were ants in the bathroom, they had made a nest in a hole in the wall and were running around the bathroom floor, Disgusting. Our shower leaked the whole time we were there, we kept the shower door closed so the bathroom floor wasn’t soaked.

I loved the location. The rooms were a bit small but clean and comfortable. It was close to public transport which makes it very idea.. The general area was so quiet and friendly

But the breakfast should improve in variety.

A családi szoba nagyon kicsi és az alagsori elhelyezkedés nem szerencsés. Ablak kilátással nincs. :-( Ár éték viszonyában ezekkel a paraméterekkel nem megfelelő.

Our room (in the basement) had no windows, there were ants crawling all over the bathroom and the carpet was dirty ( had to scrape it away with out shoe)

N/A - it really wasn't a great hotel.

- Maintenance, drilling and hammering started at 8am. - Tried to call to complain but phones were broken. - The automatic lights didn't work in the hallway until you were under them - it felt very unsafe. - The window was wedged open with a wooden block that couldn't be moved so it was freezing. - Falling apart - see photos. - I would say that the 'twin room' was more a double bed and a single armchair converted to a bed. Very small. - The supervisor (not Ishara, she was nice) was rude and confrontational when raising these issues. The receptionist had to apologise on how he was behaving/speaking to us.

If convenient location and a comfy bed is what you are after than this is a hotel for you. But dont expect anything extra or an incredibly friendly welcome. It is , what it is.

Be careful with what the hotel says on booking.com website and what is included in the rate and what actually is offered in the hotel.

New and clean room, new bathroom, Aircondition in the room was nice, comfy bed and pillows, closet and box in the room, Tea kettle in the room

window in room was toward a wall could been better view, small room, bathroom was less than 2 meter to the bed, not the best choice. Would have have been nice with a fridge in the room to have cold drinks, there was space for it. Asked the cleaning lady to clean the room everyday but during the 3 days we stayed, she never changed the pillow case or sheets. She only changed the towels and filled up on the coffee/tea in the room. The hotel is good if its a short stay

The hotel was in the best part of the city if you like metropolitan life. There were many cultures and nationalities with their own restaurants and shops. I loved the flavor of the neighborhood where the hotel was located.

I did not look at the photos. My wife chose the hotel. From the price I expected the hotel to be old and lacking contemporary amenities like air conditioning. The place we clean but the walls were thin. I listened the man in the next room berate the women he was with and her family for hours overnight.

None of it is good. I don’t recommend it. The hotel is simply terrible.

The quality of the staff is very low. They knocked on the door before the check-out time to urge them to leave. The staff were not polite and had a very bad attitude. The service attitude at the front desk was also very bad. I was discriminated against because I have an Asian face. I made a reservation at a very high price. I stayed in this hotel for many days and finally gave me a basement room. It was very serious discrimination. The room had a bad smell and could not be ventilated. The sanitary conditions were very bad. I saw the staff wiping the floor with towels. The second time The towel may be just for wiping your face. This hotel is not recommended. Please don't choose it.

Pictures of the room didn’t match the pictures and The room was dirty. The beds where so uncomfortable they were in wheels that moved around the room when sleeping

I liked the location, it was central to everything…public transport, shops, restaurants

I didn’t like the outdated carpet, it makes the whole place look dusty. Re-do the carpet and it’s look so much better!

The water pressure in the shower was good.

The room was tiny, you had to walk sideways to get around the bed. The room had no aircon and was very hot. The bathroom types were cracked and looked like a child had tried to use sealant to fix it. There was no sound proofing so when someone spoke in the corridor they might as well have been stood in the room with you.

Very close to the train station. The state of rooms were not good. The floors were uneven and bedroom was very tatty. Beds creaked everything u moved and the bathroom was beyond basic. Better to stay at premier inn anytime!
