Great hotel. Room had been good nevertheless staff has changed it for higher one upper class for free. It has been amazing. Pool is good also. Thanks for a beautiful vacation!

no Internet and no television, even after kind staff came and tried to fix it. still birthing.

The hotel is in a great location, walkable from Chaweng Beach and Samui Mall. Across the road are some great food vendors and next door is a Maui Thai stadium. So lots going on. Despite all this the rooms are soundproof and spacious so very relaxing. The staff are great, the rooms comfortable and clean. We very much enjoyed our time here.

great location, great value for money (size wise)

the aircond in our room started leaking and pretty warm throughout our stay - the lights in our room were not working either. there were several short burst of blackouts - everything else is fine.

Poor WiFi, which meant that the TV didn't work... I had to use hotspot to play YouTube and Netflix Restaurant was being renovated so no food options...however I was informed this will be available mid to late December

big comfortable room Breakfast across the road - but was very respectable.

Hotel appeared to be closed and following our phone call and someone finally appearing it seems we were not expected!! Everything very quite (covid!!!) We seemed to be the only guests.

Off to main drag and in a very local area, which suited us. A little noisy being next to the main road but traffic died down at night and never really disturbed us. Good food options close by, especially Big Papa Mama is the market across the street, which has plenty of other options as well. They offer free access to the beach pool area at their sister hotel on the beach, 10 minutes walk away.

Nice hotel but the rooms need modernizing.

The location was great right near Chaweng beach road and flat.

Mosquitos and air con and fridge made quite a bit of noise during the night
