Location and cleanliness.

Staff in some areas were very rude. Particularly gentleman in illy cafe.

The location

I have stayed at this hotel a few times due to its location nr to St Thomas’s Hospital. This visit was not so great, my room had a heavy smell of cigarette/cigar smoke, housekeeping a bit hit and miss (bins not emptied, towels not replaced, bed not made properly). Shame - it just all felt a bit ‘tired’ which for the nightly cost shouldn’t be a thing.

חדר הרחצה לא נוקה כמו שצריך ולא היה שמפו במקלחת וסבון ידיים בכיור בחדר הרחצה.

המלון מפואר, הצוות מסייע בכל שאלה, הצוות עזר לי מאוד כשניגנב לי הטלפון הנייד, השמירה בכניסה למלון משרה תחושת בטחון ורוגע.כשהגענו למלון איפשרו לנו להיכנס לחדר לפני זמן הצ'אק אין הנהוג. יש זמינות 24/7 של הצוות.

לא שואבים את החדר גם כשיש ליכלוך. בצאק אין נאמר לי לחכות בחדר למזוודות, חיכיתי 2 שעות בחדר עד שהמזוודות הגיעו . מסתבר שהיו בחדר לא נכון.

Location was fabulous, room was large with an amazing view of Big Ben, beds were comfortable and I loved the digital check in, key and check out, made things very quick and easy.

The location is amazing! So close to the big attractions and public transport. Great space for families too.

Only thing I didn’t like was the pillows which I found uncomfortable (minor thing though)

Die Lage war top. Man kann im Fall der Fälle von überall zu Fuß zurück kehren. Unser Zimmer war groß, sauber und modern ausgestattet. Das Bett und das Kopfkissen waren bequem. Das Zimmerservice war schnell und das Essen hat gut geschmeckt. Wir haben uns im Hotel sicher und gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

It's near the attractions but the rooms are so small and the showers compared to American hotels

The rooms. Too small and the beds are low and the shower tiny. On our first night I wanted to turn on the bathroom light and pulled some red string which was a fire alarm and went straight to their emergency. They were able to tell me what to do to dismiss it and where the light switch was

How they treat their customers, The Customer Service was so terrible! The room are not clean. Everything about the Service is literally BAD!!!

Everything about this hotel was a pleasure. The staff are friendly and professional. The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable, great bed. They don’t need to be reminded about the small stuff, they just get it right. It’s an absolute pleasure to stay.

Overall breakfast is good but it's the exact same choices everyday. A little variety would be good.

hele mooie locatie, near the Eye en the Big Ben. heerlijke ruime kamer met 2 tv's waar je gewoon netflix kunt streamen. ontbijt is voor nederlandse begrippen wel wat eenvoudig ( als je niet elke dag scrambled eggs en worstjes wil eten) Er is veel personeel, erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam na een lange dag de tourist uithangen wacht je een prachtig zwembad voor je ontspanning.

Er ontbraken lakens en handdoeken bij aankomst. Kinderen moesten op de slaapbank, maar hiervoor waren geen lakens. Het stond ook niet klaar. We hadden handdoeken voor 2 personen.

Sehr großes Hotel, sehr trubelig und wohl eher dafür da Touristen durchzuwinken.

Die Rezeptionisten waren etwas unfreundlich, das Badezimmer hat null Möglichkeiten Handtücher zu trocknen, deshalb muss man jeden Tag neue Handtücher bekommen. Man wird zwar gefragt, ob man aus Umweltgründen nicht jeden Tag Zimmerreinigung wünscht, aber es bleibt einem fast nichts anderes übrig.

Die Lage war super. Im Bad gab es eine Dusche und Badewanne. Die Lotion und Badezusätze haben extrem gut gerochen. Frühstück oder Abendessen mit Ausblick auf BigBen war genial.

Das Reinigungspersonal ist nicht so gründlich wie ich es für den Preis und die Sterne vermutet hätte. Mülleimer wurden nicht immer geleert, Bett nicht ordentlich gemacht, es gab nach einem Abend nicht mehr die Anzahl an Handtücher wie am Anfang. Das Frühstück kann man weglassen und einfach sich was aufs Zimmer bestellen und das ist es wirklich nicht gewesen. Wir waren als Pärchen da und dachten das hier vlt nicht so viele Familien sein werden. Falsch gedacht ist ein fast reines Familienhotel bei dem es auch laut zu geht. Pool haben wir einmal am Anfang verwendet danach nicht mehr, da dort die Kinder geschrien und reingesprungen sind ohne Ende

long corridors to rooms. if lay out plans similar to the ones in the rooms are located at all lifts areas at all floors would help reaching rooms in short cuts. If shower area a bit bigger, which could have been during design and construction, would be more convenient.....It's too late anyway.

Breakfast

Location fantastic, large room with great view. Great staff who worked very hard. Loved the bar for pre-dinner drinks. A lovely hotel for a weekend break in London.

Bedroom was clean & tidy however no towels. Tea & coffee station in the room had no teabags. Bathroom did not have enough toiletries. All small errors that were just overlooked by housekeeping. These were rectified after calling Reception but not a great start. Breakfast restaurant was chaotic. Not enough staff. Lots of dirty tables. Breakfast was self serve & overpriced.

The location is the best by far!!

Das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit- Spitzenklasse! Die Lage war ideal für uns.

Bei Frühstück waren wir etwas enttäuscht, die Qualität und Auswahl könnte besser sein.

In my bathroom there was a leak also forgot the cot so baby had to sleep with me

Beste Lage für die Erkundung der Stadt. Bus, Underground und Schiff in der Nähe. Westminster und London Eye vor der Haustür. Das Hotel hat ein Schwimmbad zum Entspannen.

Rapporto qualità-prezzo eccezionale! Posizione perfetta, di fronte al Big Ben Hotel moderno e pulito. Spa gratis anche se solo per mezz'ora Possibilità di colazione al bar della struttura pagando a consumo.

Stanza senza finestra, solo aria condizionata. Solo una asciugamano grande a persona

The views

The property took a £50 holding deposit of me the night I booked in the next day when I checked out they took £235 out of my bank for no reason there was no damages and no orders on room after I contacted they admitted it was them they would refund it but would be back right away then 2 hours later I called they said upto 4 hours I then went back into the property as it never went in to be told it would be 3/5 days the staff are rude lied to me and taken money without me knowing and only said they would refund once I approached them over it so don’t no how many people they have done that to and have not relised

Keine wasser mehr verfügbar im zimmer, bei meinem früheren Unterhalt hat mein jeden tag 2 Flaschen wasser bekommen, jetzt nicht mehr, ich finde es sehr geizig bei so einem teueren hotel
