Break fast & dinner was superb and location was convenient to us. Rooms were always clean and tied.

The venue is quite far from the city noise. The view of the ocean near by gave us joy.

The room was not what I expected . The room needs maintenance done. The TV was not working properly. The window didn't seal properly. There was no coffee creamer. The shower had mold growing. Dinner was a terrible experience, The person doing the carvery was rude and not very helpful. The food was cold, and choices were very limited. Breakfast was not great either. The choices were limited not great value for money at all.

The hotel needs an urgent upgrade. Facilities need to be revamped. The menu needs to be updated and broader choices need to be available to the patrons

The staff and reception are so amazing. They were so warm to us. The breakfast was super 👌

It's just a minor thing. Your windows were so dirty from the room to the dining room.

Good sea view

The hotel carpets needs to be vacuumed on a daily basis (the rooms and the rest of the hotel). The carpets are stained and require steam cleaning. The breakfast is too expensive.

the breakfast and diner was not value for money. At that price at any other venue the buffet have many more options.

I like the pool it was always clean and warm. The rooms where always clean with fresh pressed towels.

The buffet it was always the same every night nothing new or different.

two beds in each room...bathroom and showers were clean

our rooms didnt smell fresh....this put me off...usually when we stay here....there is always a fresh smell

House keeping nock. They wake you up "housekeeping " taking towels before 9am. That should stop
