1) The fact that the front desk helped me get a Grab taxi was truly very helpful especially I don’t have the app. 2) there are many staff who offers help to all the guests 3) The different “restaurant choices” in the hotel was beneficial. 4) The variety in breakfast choices is good

The flavors of the traditional breakfast dishes were far from “traditional”. They were mostly bland; even the fish sauce was “sweet”.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The pool is nice.

The shower was disgusting, the matress worn out. the toilet seat likewise, broken and worn out. this hotel needs a renovation. the gym was closed. breakfast was dull.

front desk staffs are all after money no show of some consideration to guest.no advices where or how to get the best deal.so frustrating and stressful.

2 rooms were paid for almost 12,000 pesos and did not include breakfast.the deal online was only 9k plus for 2 rooms but I was told that the taxes was not included,so I was billed more that of the regular price.definely I wouldn't recommend that property to friends and I'm not coming back.

Room and facilitys were very nice. Room Service was fast and questions and other requests were answered fast by the staff. Was a very nice stay over all.

Check-in and Check-out took too long. I was standing in line for the check-in over an hour, I don't know why it always takes like 5-10 minutes per person to check-in. It's the only Hotel where i experience such a long check-in.

New year Breakfast was a disaster, management should habe ovelooked the possibility of having other venues for breakfast other than cafr at the park. They were under staffed and at one point didnt even have coffee on their dispensary.. in was total chaos , even a member of the indonesian football team could not contain his frustrations and just burst out in anger.. we checked out really early yo avoid the impending chaos at the front desk..🤕
