This property was above and beyond our expectations. My best friend and I drove nine hours to take my daughter and her five friends to Nashville for her 21st birthday with eight women we needed several bedrooms and bathrooms. This place was amazing very clean exceeded our expectations. The game room was perfect for the girls, 4 bathrooms and Beds for everyone. It was extremely clean well stocked. The communication from the owners was amazing with contacting us and giving us helpful directions and travel suggestions. Centrally located we were literally 10 to 15 minutes away from everything in the Nashville area. I was extremely happy with the property the owners, the communication I would highly recommend this property and other properties Available available by the owners. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

As all the reviews states, perfect for a group of 12. Plenty of space! Very nice game room and the hot tub. It is true the kitchen has cupboards that are damaged but it doesn’t take away just making you aware so they can’t or won’t charge you for damages. Make sure you have bug spray the mosquitoes were really extremely bad. East check in process!

This was our 2nd year at this property. The remodel to open the living room staircase made a huge difference in the openness and the larger dining table was well done. The upstairs changes were welcomed by our teens and pre-teens.

This place looks little but has enough space for a large family. It was clean, comfy, and lots of bathrooms! It is also conveniently located to the Nashville Zoo, not far from Opryland and the Grand Ole Opry. If I come back to Nashville again, I will be sure to stay here again!

Had a great time. Property as described. Very comfortable and not far from downtown Nashville. Ubered a lot as it’s costly to park on the strip. Great communication. Would recommend and stay again.

House location was good, close enough to city but in a quiet area. Disappointed in the cleanliness and condition of areas of the house. Kitchen needs work and pictures were different than the way it is. Worked for our stay but probably would not stay there again.

Our family was in town for a wedding. This property has many beds and bathrooms making it a great place to stay with a group. It was very clean and the host thought of everything to make our short stay pleasant! I also appreciated the option to stay one night only.

This house in a quiet post-WWII subdivision has been extensively renovated. The house has been painted so it is no longer the red brick shown in the photo with the blue door.It is generally well-equipped except for the number of chairs high enough for the table, tissues ,glassware (2 wineglasses). Washer and dryer worked well and were very helpful. The house served my husband and me and three unrelated adult friends well. We were very comfortable in the spacious added-on primary bedroom on the ground floor, and our two friends who stayed in the other two ground floor bedrooms each had their own bathroom. We gave the entire upstairs and bathroom to the person in our group who was most able to climb stairs. The house has beds for far more people and would probably work well for a large family with lots of children who don’t mind less privacy in the huge open bedrooms upstairs and shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
The neighborhood seems safe and quiet. As per instructions, it is definitely not a place for loud outdoor parties. The location was very convenient to our meeting site, the historic Airdrie house as well as food and entertainment in Nashville. Because it is near main roads, you should drive a few extra blocks around through the neighborhood to a stoplight if you need to turn left from Tuggle during rush hour.
It took us a few tries to figure out communication with owner, manager, and housekeeper but everyone was very accommodating. Would definitel stay here again.

We just stayed here the second week in October. We went for a quick girls trip and this house was perfect! Lots of beds, lots of bathrooms to get ready in. The house was clean. There is a creepy basement but we steered clear. The house was only a $25 XL Uber ride away from downtown, so not bad at all. It is pretty close to just about everything you could want. They even have a Krispy Kreme down the street with the hot light on. The people were great to work with. Plenty of parking, plenty of room in the house. Only issue we had was that it was colder while we were there and they only have a quilt on the beds. So it got kinda cold. If you are driving, maybe bring an extra blanket. But they had tons of fans! Which made a few of us really happy when we went to sleep and helped when we were getting ready. We always felt safe the whole time we were there. Check in was super easy. Would definitely recommend this to people in the future!

This house was great! We have 6 of us and there was 8 beds and so much room for everyone to be comfortable! There’s a hot tub that you can relax in after a fun day out. Only 10 min away from broadway and easy just to Uber! Highly recommend if you want a weekend getaway with the family or a group of friends!

There were 12 of us in Nashville for a family vacation. The house had enough beds for all the single people to have their own bed. There were 4 bathrooms, which was great. We were 10 minutes from Broadway. There was grocery store and drug store within 5 minutes of us. We easily got Ubers for rides into town. Great location. Some of the beds were a little lumpy but overall a great place.

It comfortably housed everyone without someone being banished to a couch or a cot (party of 7). It’s nice being 15 minutes from both downtown and the airport. Managers were quick to respond with any issues and made sure we had an easy stay. Very simple check out process with helped us on our last day

Plenty of room for everyone to sleep, hang out. Things to know now enough seating for more then 6 people @ the high table. Might need to bring chair/table for larger parties. Upstairs toilet kept refilling so might need to be looked at. Beds were very comfortable except 1 mattress that sunk in the middle. Few toilet seats were wiggly. Fridge is against side wall & hard to reach to get things on far back shelves. Great kitchen overall with all accessories. Need to bring containers if going to have leftovers during your stay. Easy access to get to airport - added bonus.

We bought dish towels and scrubbers for doing dishes and washed out silverware drawer and dishes before using. Ding chairs were uncomfortable to sit in on your legs. Living room furniture extremely uncomfortable, old and recliner broken handle. Difficult to put up and down. We only spent one quiet evening in to watch tv, neck hurt because furniture didn't face it. Need to spend some money and update furniture. The check in was easy and people to contact were quick to respond. Uber from there was quick and reliable. House is nice and has potential. Just needs updated furniture and better cleaning. Hot tub smelled musty after 5th day. When using chlorine in tub needs attention more often. Would not stay here again.

The hot tub was not right chemically. The place could be a great place, but there is not much effort into the mainteance and cleanliness of this property, both inside and out.

Overall a great stay! Great location. The home felt comfortable and homey. Some issues, but the property managers were made aware, were very responsive and willing to assist. They were also open to the constructive criticism provided as they seem to have an interest in making your stay and future stays enjoyable.

We loved this place. Only stayed one night but everything was great. Communication and self check in was easy. The house was really clean and so many beds. Only needed 4. The house had plenty of towels., has a Keurig, air fryer, and a crock pot. Plenty of towels too. Just an overall great place. Very close to DT Nashville and restaurants close to house too. We had an amazing time in Nashville. The house was great for our group size & suited all of our needs for this trip. We had a lot of laughs hanging out and catching up before unbering into Nashville.
If you have a larger group size this is great option. The owners were great to work with.

This property is a great location; we were here for a wedding and it was easy to get to the rehearsal, the venue, TopGolf, shopping, etc. The hosts were quick to respond and check-in was easy. With just a few adjustments, this is a 5-star stay.
PROS:
-location, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, jacuzzi tub, property felt safe, owners were quick to respond
CONS:
--place was a little dirty (trash under the beds, we had to wipe the table, dusty furniture, bathroom vents need to be cleaned)
--master shower curtain is not long enough (3" space and water splashes out)
--only plastic bowls (some damaged by microwave) and only 2 coffee mugs for a house that sleeps 15 (we bought and left 3)
--no sugar, only artificial sweeteners
--kitchen drawers and cabinets need a liner
--half the beds were concave
--living room only has seating for 7; we had to bring in kitchen chairs
--no scissors, no tissues, "sharp" knife is extremely dull, only one extra blanket (comforters are thin)
--nicer pillows would be appreciated
Our stay was fine, but we left thinking, "This could have been SO nice".
