The room met our expectations. The location is super central and really convenient. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is cleaned everyday and they provided new towels daily as well.

They can fix the bathroom door a bit cause it opens on its own accord. There were some mosquitoes but we didn’t get bitten much.

Affordable price for the room. Good location but not on the main road so it's quiet. The room is nice as well as the bed was soft.

Very good value for money. spacious room with two double beds. good location and walking distance to beach and night market. they have bicycles we borrowed which was great and no charge.

the pool was nice but there was nowhere to lie on sun loungers so we didn’t use the pool at all. never anyone at reception so we didn’t always get the help we needed at the time desired however the host was contactable via WhatsApp and helped when we asked.

We chose Miana Resort for our second stay on the island of Phu Quoc, for its great location, nice and tastefully decorated and always cleaned cabins, beautiful and well-kept garden and pleasant pool, surrounded with beautifull plants. The nearest beach is just across the road. The staff was great and friendly, the manager helped us with everything and made us feel at home. We will definitely come back here. Thank you guys we loved it and enjoyed! ❤️

The location is good.

Booked a number of rooms for the family: the rooms were not clean, floor was dusty, bedsheets were stained. Air conditioner turned off on its own about every 2 hours and we had to wake up every few hours to turn it on. TVs did not work. Both personal 4G and Wi-Fi reception were poor. When these were feedback to the resort manager, nothing was done to resolve them and he only mentioned that the resort is old... While we understand that this is a resort and small lizards, cockroaches and spiders will be in the rooms, we found a 15cm big gecko in one of our rooms. We had a hard time negotiating for a room change with the resort manager and receptionist as they insisted it is a small, harmless "animal" and repeatedly said it was not a big deal. When the resort manager learned that we made our own tour bookings outside, he kept asking why we didn't book the tours with them and sounded unpleasant about it.

A great budget hotel in an excellent location with numerous places to eat very close by ( I particulalry recommend Bep An, cafe which is a 2 minute walk away where the food and service are excellent) . Only a 10 minute stroll to the night market. The rooms are a little dated but don't let that put you off because they are spotlessly clean and comfortable. The swimming pool is clean and very nice. Best of all is the staff, in particular the hotel management team of Dinh and Quyen who both speak good English and couldn't be more helpful. I am very grateful to them for their help and advice.

Dinh was exceptionally helpful and easy to communicate with (he helped me successfully to get my phone back after it was stolen on the streets). The accommodation is incredible good value for money! I can definitely recommend this place and will come back for sure!

modern rooms, large beds and nice outdoor shower. location is great and is a close walk to many nice restaurants.

resort is up a dark alley off the main road but didn’t feel unsafe. alley is very slippery when wet (now have a large cut on my leg)

The staff is friendly and polite. The place looks nice, a lot of trees, very peaceful. They have motorbike for renting which is very convenient.

The room and the whole place such as the pool are a little bit old. It just need to be maintain better.

This place is a great find. It feels out of the way but is only a 2 min walk to the main street. Lots near by and all of the staff a really nice. The rooms are great, showers are lovely. We booked this for the start of our honeymoon so did ask for some decorations (additional charge) but they did a really nice job. Would reccomned highly. We liked it so much we may come back at the end of our trip. ( For the Enlgish) - there is a English pub near by ( Cheeky travellers bar) within walking distance as well. Thank you!

I had a superb stay. I will definitely stay here again. The rooms are very cosy, and the bed was super comfortable. Diem, the manager was amazing and very responsive, even during TET when it was quite busy.

Nothing I didn't like. Miana resort was definitely excellent value for money.
