The price was exceptional to others offering at the time of my booking. Location is good with carindale shop center on one side and stones corner, buranda PA hospital and gabba 5 minute drive

No sleep in as it can become noisy in the morning with I house traffic. Communal shower and toilets are abit different

renovation at 6.45am without any notice! no kitchen! the tap and order function was out of service.

Clean room. Shared bathroom also kept to high standard of cleanliness which is good. Good showers. Great having free drinks tokens which offsets annoyance from renovations.

Currently lots of renovation works occurring which means you should expect to vacate by 07.00 unless you can zone out the pneumatic drill type noise which is impossible.

Reception very friendly and efficient. Easy parking. Good location. Free drinks vouchers were a bonus although definitely needed to offset the bad points which were related only to time of stay.

Also, ear plugs might be wise if light sleeper as the doors are heavy and the locks create quite a bit of noise with people coming/going from their rooms.

Very comfy beds and pillows. I loved that the fridge was restocked and beds made during a two night stay. communal bathrooms are clean and well stocked.

Unfortunately was put in room at top of stairs and it was noisy with people checking in and moving around in the early hours of the morning

i liked that room was clean , great location, good bed , great pillows and towels.

the bed was not secured to the floor … you can just get round disk to put under bed to stop it from moving . shared bathroom could be cleaned more . the only single shower door does not lock . To connect the TV to Netflix way to communicated .

Value for money and the pub feed downstairs and having the option for room service
