Very quaint and characteristic location, friendly host (and friendly chickens!), great view, memorable.

Be mindful of low ceilings, have to bend in some places; (at time of booking) extra cost of linen not included in the price but mandatory to use.

beautiful cottage in a traditional log style. very clean and the people there are lovely. we stayed in summer which was great and I’m sure winter would be too.

Not the fault of the cabin, but I wish it were closer to Oslo. I'd need some time to familiarize myself with the outdoor activities available in the area.

We were upgraded to a different cabin and supposidly the one we had booked, although the pictures do not fit the description as it was meant to be an entire apartment, whereas the one we apparently btly booked didnt have a bathroom.

We were forced to pay an additional 300 NOK for bedding, although it is stated in the description that this is included in price, so it would of been nice to of known ahead of time. Also we felt pressured into seeing land ladies sons art gallery, and were hard sold photographs, it made us feel very uncomfortable. The art however is good so if that's ur thing you will enjoy it.

The homely feeling and the place was clean The owner family we so nice!

Cabin which we stayed were nice and fully equiped. Nice was, that fire place was running before we came. There is also art galery, with beautifull pictures you can buy.
