modern structure, with comfy and clean rooms. nice bar/restaurant at affordable prices location is right in front of metro station and I found it awesome because I had to go to a concert at O2 which took me less than 10m to reach

Goede locatie t.o.v. O2 arena (concert) en metro. Sfeervolle lounge/lobby beneden. Goede bedden. Uitgebreid ontbijt buffet. Ruime kamer.

Verkeersgeluiden (viel mee met gesloten raam). Kamer had beter schoongemaakt kunnen worden.

Super Lage direkt an der Jubilee Line, freundliches Personal und saubere Zimmer. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

sehr gute Lage, U-Bahn Station direkt auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite, schnelle Anbindung an die Innenstadt. Frühstück Top, für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei

Breakfast - low options. Too noisy rooms always some or other thing. Mattress is in a very bad condition & pillows are even worse. I'm not expecting a lot, just a quiet room with a good bed. That's all.

El hotel se nota que es prácticamente nuevo, por lo que las instalaciones están en perfecto estado y tiene un toque muy moderno. La ubicación es increíble porque es cruzar la calle y tienes la estación de metro de Canning Town, que te lleva a cualquier punto de la ciudad y estación de tren. El barrio contiene de todo lo necesario, desde supermercados, farmacias y cadenas de comida rápida. Es muy tranquilo pero a la vez transitado lo que la hace segura de pedir ayuda porque siempre hay gente. Durante la estancia nunca escuchamos ningún ruido proveniente de ninguna habitación ni pasillo, con lo cual es insonorizada. Y la habitación contiene de todo lo necesario, secador, tv, calefacción o aire acondicionado y te dejan de cortesía una tetera con infusiones y cafés. El hotel cuenta con seguridad de noche, para entrar necesitas acceder con tu tarjeta de habitación y todo funciona perfectamente.

El personal de recepción no hablaba español. La habitación nos tocó con vistas al patio trasero.

Super Hotel für Stadttouren nach London, liegt direkt an der Underground Station, Ausstattung sehr gut, Personal sehr sehr hilfsbereit und nett, würde immer wieder das Hotel wählen

Hotel und auch die Zimmer waren sehr sauber! Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man musste nur über die Straße zur U-Bahn-Station laufen, mit der man recht schnell ins Stadtzentrum gelangte.

Sweet Room Zimmer war schon sehr beengt zu zweit, sodass man die Einzelbetten bis auf ein paar Zentimeter nicht wirklich trennen konnte.

Degelijke kamer voor een (uiteindelijk) goede prijs. Prima locatie dichtbij het vliegveld. Vriendelijk personeel

De airconditioning schakelde zich regelmatig zelf in. Dat gaf wat geluid, maar de ingestelde temperatuur werd wel aangehouden. Een koelkastje op de kamer had wel lekker geweest.

We were given a very cheerful and warm welcome after a long day. The hotel bar/restaurant has a lovely vibe. The room was very clean. Corridors very clean and smelling fresh. All staff very friendly and polite. Breakfast was very nice and well laid out. Constant flow of fresh food. Very close proximity to Canning Town Tube Station. Exceeded my expectations for a 3 star hotel.

Das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Die Auswahl lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Wasserspender der 24/7 verwendet werden darf ist ebenfalls sehr toll.

Friendly staff! Very clean room, bathroom was spotless and the bed was really comfortable. Decent breakfast also.

O que mais me agradou foi a lembrança olfativa que levei de minha estadia no hotel, os corredores são excepcionalmente perfumados. A equipe é atenciosa e educada e cama é bem confortável. Uma excelente estadia

Não tenho nada a dizer do que não gostei, a água do chuveiro poderia esquentar mais um pouco?! Poderia, mas não foi algo que impactasse na estadia, pelo contrário, espero voltar e me hospedar neste hotel.

The room & all areas were very clean & tidy. I loved the decor. The room was quiet & the bed very comfy. The staff were absolutely amazing; on the ball, attention to detail, very friendly, helpful & looked happy at work. The breakfast had a good selection of food. The pizza in the cafe was amazing. Love the look of all the salads too but didn’t get to try them….. next time!

The pillow was a bit hard for me but not a problem. Some of the cutlery was not very clean. I didn’t like the spoons in the big pot of yoghurt. The yoghurt was all the way up the handle of the spoon & it just looked yuck! I feel that as Covid is on the increase again now that staff could be putting the sanitiser nearer the buffet & be encouraging people to do their hands before touching the spoons & tongs in the food.

Hot water took an age to come through and the “power” shower was anything but. One of the bar staff could do with some customer service training, virtually threw some forks at me when I asked for one at breakfast

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Leuke entree en lounge voor hapje en drankje ook later in de avond. Geweldige ligging tegenover het metro station! Mooie ruime kamer. Heerlijk bed.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, perto de uma estação de metro e ponto de onibus. Toda equipe é maravilhosa e atensiosa, o hotel é muito limpo e possui um bar no saguão que atende nossas expectativas. Há também mercados e farmacias bem proximos.

Location to 02, tube, decent room

Check in - very informal, like we didn’t really matter and room not ready even at 2:15pm after 6 hours of travelling. Breakfast was a shambles, no where to sit at 9:20am and eat, left holding out plates for 5 mins, no allergy info known either or it was felt it was said in such a blasé manner I did not know what to believe. This was regarding the sausages and potato cake/ hash brown! Get some allergy info on your breakfast bar and get your staff better trained up on the topic so we have confidence in there responses. Contamination is key for allergies so good information is critical!

Die Betten waren ziemlich hart

Posizione perfetta a 20 metri dalla metro Canning Town che porta direttamente in città tramite la linea grigia Jubilee.

Le pulizie non vengono fatte ritornando in camera alle 17 abbiamo trovato il letto sfatto. Il giorno prima la camera era stata ripassata ma erano solo stati svuotati i cestiti e rifatto il letto. Il bagno era sporco e gli asciugamani non cambiati.

Blisko stacji metra, skąd dojazd np. do Big Bena trwa 20min. Pokój czysty, nowoczesny. Bardzo dobre śniadania:) Obsługa miła i pomocna

Ga met het OV naar dit hotel! Metro, DLR en busstation aan de overkant van de weg. Ideaal. Binnen vijf minuten op weg, Heel Londen bereik je binnen 30 minuten (of in ieder geval de interessante delen). Kamer was goed en schoon. Niet groot, één stoel die er maar net in pastte, maar de badkamer was prima, best een grote douche, bed was gewoon goed. Ontbijt was prima! Vooral het huiselijke idee van het restaurant/lounge beviel erg goed, niet de standaard eetzaal van een dedicated restaurant.

Als koffiedrinker heb ik altijd nespresso cups bij me. Die mag je thuis laten, ze hebben alleen een waterkoker met theezakjes. Maar goed, het is wel Engeland :).
