The hotel is a designated government quarantine hotel, I have never had covid and now apparently I contracted it here. It was the third day into my stay I noticed I had developed a slight cough. I have mild symptoms probably because triple vaccinated. I noticed lots of dust from the air-conditioning. I kept dusting it off my pillow. I am basically a vegetarian and do my own cooking as i am not into oily foods. I am very particular in my personal hygiene and what I eat. I might add in the last decade since I met my wife I support her family and raised her children from a bad relationship I contribute approximately 750,000 pesos a year to that end . We have made Casiguran our home and we pay a monthly rental equivalent to what I pay here in a day. So no it's not good value for me. I think many have lost site if the fact that there are Fiipinos earning less than 400 pesos a day. I like to see my meagre resources helping educate my wife's children ( not mine) I have also contributed to her parents renovation of the home and wellbeing 100,000 in total. I know this hasn't to do with my stay here but you must see my situation. I consider helping them out as my priority. The hotel is ok for people who need to catch a flight. Certainly not as a Quarantine facility. The staff are polite and I have no problem recommending it as an overnight stop to catch a flight.
